Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from SuperApart Łużycka 10 when I first booked it – the name sounds a bit corporate, you know? But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away on this quiet residential street in Mokotów, which I mean, isn’t the flashiest district but that’s exactly why it works. You’re away from the tourist chaos of Old Town but still totally connected to everything that matters. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense Polish apartment block vibe from the outside, but step inside and it’s been completely transformed into something that feels more like staying at a well-designed friend’s place than a hotel.

The apartments here are genuinely spacious – and I’m not just saying that because I’m used to cramped European hotel rooms. We’re talking actual living space with kitchens that you’d want to cook in, not those sad little kitchenettes with a mini-fridge and a prayer. The furnishings strike this nice balance between modern and comfortable, nothing too fancy but everything works properly (which, let’s be honest, is sometimes a gamble in this part of the world). What really sold me was how quiet it gets at night – Łużycka street doesn’t get much through traffic, so you can actually sleep with the windows open in summer. The staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re sorted, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward without any of that overly formal hotel theater.

Location-wise, you’re about a fifteen-minute tram ride to the center, but here’s the thing – Mokotów has its own rhythm that’s worth exploring. There’s this excellent little market on Puławska where locals actually shop, and some seriously good pierogi spots that tourists never find because they’re too busy hunting down the “authentic” places that are now anything but. The Galeria Mokotów is right there if you need to grab anything, though honestly the neighborhood has enough character that you might find yourself just wandering around rather than rushing off to see the castle for the hundredth time. Parking is actually manageable here too, which anyone who’s driven in Warsaw will tell you is basically a miracle. The 8.7 rating makes total sense – it’s one of those places that does everything well without trying to be something it’s not, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re traveling.

  The location is amazing – parks all around! Also, considering the weather the apartment was very warm and cozy. It's actually way better than a hotel in the center. The neighborhood itself provides a lot of places to hang around and people in the building were very friendly too. I'm really grateful we stayed there.

  Neat, fresh, tidy apartment in a great location. Good heating system – crucial thing during the autumn season in Warsaw! Overall good value for money. Would love to stay there another time.

  All great – this is a clean and well-maintained apartment. It has 2 beds, one of which is in the separate room. Quite a big shop just next to the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Very minor: the bed in the separate bedroom is actually a coach, I'd expect the bed with mattress to be moved to the separate bedroom. No A/C but wasn't the issue either.

  Apartment is clean, in good location. House is quiet, many grocery shops around.

  What could be improved: I usually write very positive reviews, but this time i have some things to mention.
  First of all, apartment is really small, but it's ok… secondly one of the bedrooms does't have a door, it is open to a living room. We went 4 adults and it wasn't very comfortable with that. Another thing is that beds are awfull… both of our couples were dissapointed with that. We had to sleep in separate beds with my husband otherwise our backs were broken in the morning… so maybe this apartment is better for two adults and for example two kids, but not 4-6 people..
