Okay, so SuperApart Mińska apt91 – I know the name sounds a bit corporate, but honestly, this place surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away on Mińska street in Praga Południe, which if you don’t know Warsaw well, is basically the right bank of the Vistula. Most tourists stick to the Old Town and city center, but you know what? That’s exactly why I liked staying here. The neighborhood has this authentic, lived-in feel that you just don’t get in the touristy areas. There’s a little bakery about two blocks down that opens ridiculously early – I mean, like 5:30 AM early – and the smell of fresh bread actually drifts up to the apartment windows if you’re lucky enough to catch the morning breeze just right.

The apartment itself is solid for what you’re paying. It’s a 3-star rating, which I’d say is pretty accurate – not fancy, but everything works and it’s clean. The check-in was surprisingly smooth; they actually have a proper key system (not those finicky electronic cards that never work when your hands are full of groceries). Speaking of groceries, there’s a decent Żabka convenience store literally across the street, and a proper supermarket maybe a 5-minute walk away. The apartment gets good natural light, especially in the morning, though if you’re sensitive to street noise, just know that Mińska can get a bit busy during rush hour. Nothing too crazy, but you’ll hear some traffic. I actually found it kind of comforting – reminded me I was in a real neighborhood, not some sterile hotel bubble.

What really won me over was how easy it was to get around from here. The tram connections are honestly better than I expected – you can hop on the 26 or 6 and be in the city center in about 20 minutes, maybe 25 if it’s peak time. And here’s something the booking sites don’t tell you: parking is actually manageable in this area. I mean, it’s not always easy, but it’s possible, which is more than you can say for most of central Warsaw. The building itself is one of those typical Warsaw residential blocks – you know, communist-era but well-maintained. The elevator works (always a plus when you’re hauling luggage), and the hallways are clean without being fancy. I stayed here during a pretty busy conference week in September, and even then, the area felt relaxed in the evenings. There’s a small park nearby where locals walk their dogs, and I found myself taking evening strolls there just to decompress. For the price point and that 7.7 rating, I’d definitely consider staying here again – especially if I wanted to experience Warsaw more like a temporary resident than a tourist passing through.

  Jól megközelíthető, csendes, nyugodt helyen lévő szállás. A környéken minden megtalálható (bolt, étterem, tömegközlekedés, stb.). A tömegközlekedéssel a belváros könnyen megközelíthető. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész és kommunikatív.

  Помешкання нормальне. Для 2-3 ночей підійде. Основне є для ночівлі, для приготування, щось перекусити є прибори. Зручно сім'єю – дві спальні і вітальня студія. Душ, туалет норм. Є пральна машина і праска, дошка.
  
  What could be improved: Будівництво з ранку до вечора під вікнами, шумно не відпочиниш. немає дрібниць для приготування – з сіллю проблема, цукор, кава, чай в маленьких пакетиках під розрахунок. Немає кондиціонера, якщо жарко. Відкриєш балкон, а там будують.
  На полу було відірвана планка, чіплялись за неї.
  Постільна білизна синтетика, не дуже приємна. Ліжка або матраци не зручні.
  Wi Fi не працює.

  Просторные, новые апартаменты, недалеко до старого города, рядом различные продуктовые магазины.
  
  What could be improved: Не работает одна половинка жалюзи в кухне, в спальне нет светильников возле кровати, снимал жилье на 30 суток не было запасных пакетов для мусора, запасной губки для мытья посуды. В спальнях нет стульев куда можно сложить вещи перед сном.
