You know what caught me off guard about SuperApart Okrzei 12? It’s one of those places that looks pretty standard from the outside, but once you’re inside, you realize someone actually thought about how people live and travel. The apartments here aren’t trying to be fancy – they’re just really well done, which honestly matters more when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

The location on Okrzei is actually pretty smart if you know Warsaw at all. It’s not right in the tourist chaos, but you’re still connected to everything that matters. I mean, you can walk to decent restaurants without fighting crowds, and there’s this neighborhood feeling where you see the same coffee shop owner a few mornings in a row. The street itself can get a bit busy during rush hour – nothing terrible, just that urban hum you get used to. What I really appreciated was having actual counter space in the kitchenette (why don’t more places get this right?) and windows that open properly for fresh air. The 9.1 rating makes sense when you spend time here – it’s not about flashy amenities, it’s about things working the way they should.

Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and the staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood well enough to give real recommendations, not just the standard tourist spots. The apartments themselves have this lived-in comfort without feeling worn down – good mattresses, decent water pressure, and enough electrical outlets in logical places. I stayed during what turned out to be a pretty busy week in the city, and while you could hear some activity from other units, it wasn’t the paper-thin walls situation you sometimes get with apartment-style places. The four-star rating feels accurate – you’re not getting marble bathrooms or fancy lobby art, but you are getting a place that understands what travelers actually need for a comfortable stay. If you’re the type who values having space to spread out and maybe cook a simple meal over having someone make your bed every day, this place just makes sense.

  Spacious apartment in Stara Praga district, very close to city center. Modern new building, elevators, security officer 24/7. Nice window view. Comfy bed. You can park your car in the underground garage. There is a convenience store located in the same building.

  The apartment resides in the Praga district of Warsaw, which is on the other side of the river where Warsaw old town is. The location was very convenient, since there is a nice pedestrian bridge right on the river and it takes you ~15-20 minutes walk to the historic town of Warsaw. Our host gave us clear directions on how to check in. We were able to do a self check in based on our own schedule, which was a great convenience. The apartment complex is a fairly new and modern building. Apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double 2 single beds), a living room (with a sofa), a kitchen, and 2 toilets (one with bathroom). It can easily accommodate 4 people and even more. The neighbourhood is very authentic, safe, and peaceful. There are multiple grocery options, one of which is right under the apartment complex. There are also nice restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Parking in Praga is paid, however the host offers the garage of the apartment at an additional cost (which is much less expensive than the street parking). There is free wifi at the apartment. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment and utensils. The house overall was pretty clean. I would strongly recommend this place for groups or families, even for longer stays.
