Hotel Description

You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first booked SuperApart Polna 30 – the name sounds pretty corporate, right? But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked right in the heart of Śródmieście, and I mean *really* in the heart of it. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palace of Culture (which, let’s be honest, you’ll either love or hate), and the whole area just buzzes with that authentic Warsaw energy. The building itself has this solid, no-nonsense vibe – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works exactly like it should. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that overly formal hotel dance, and the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood well enough to give real recommendations, not just the tourist trap stuff.

The apartment I stayed in was what I’d call “smart simple” – clean lines, decent space, and honestly better equipped than half the places I’ve rented through other sites. The kitchen actually had proper knives (travelers will know what I mean), and there’s something really satisfying about being able to grab fresh bread from the little bakery around the corner on Marszałkowska and make your own breakfast. The bed was firm in that European way that I’ve come to appreciate, and here’s a detail that matters – the windows actually block out the street noise pretty well. I was worried about that since Polna can get busy, especially during rush hour, but I slept fine even with my window cracked open. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which saved me when I had to jump on a work call unexpectedly.

What really sold me on this place though was just how *livable* the location is. You’re not stuck in some sterile hotel district – you’re where actual Varsovians go about their day. There’s this great little bar called Pawilony just a few blocks away that locals actually hang out at, and the morning coffee scene around here is legit. I found myself walking to the Vistula pretty regularly too, which is maybe a 15-minute stroll and honestly one of the better ways to start your day in Warsaw. The metro connections are solid from here – you can get to the Old Town or Wilanów without any hassle. I mean, it’s not luxury by any stretch, and the elevator is one of those tiny European ones that fits maybe two people if you’re friendly, but for the price point and the location? It just works. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to actually explore Warsaw rather than just tick off the major sights.

The concierge service in Warsaw can arrange exclusive historical tours, secure concert tickets, and organize visits to nearby Chopin sites and Mazovian countryside.

Reviews

  • Very Good – Zhuoru from United Kingdom – November 17, 2024 (8/10)

Instructions from the host were clear. Opposite metro stop although bolt and uber are cheap in poland. Towels and bedding provided. Free tea.

What could be improved: Could do with some deep cleaning in the bathroom taps. A bit of mould on the taps.
    Bedding a bit thin
Cleaners arrived early before the checkout time 11:00 so had to rush out.

  • Super cute apartment but old building – Alix from United States – August 29, 2024 (9/10)

The apartment is actually very cute and modern but we were quite freaked out when we arrived at the building, which feels and looks like a Russian high-rise. There’s no real sightseeing right there, but there are numerous restaurants within walking distance and all the sites are a very reasonably priced Uber ride away. The apartment is super clean and has everything you need, including hairdryer, Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, table, and chairs, and dishes. The bedroom and bathroom are very tiny, but completely workable especially since the apartment has a large living area with sofas.

The instructions to enter were a little misleading and provided only two codes for three doors/gates. Since the elevator only goes to the 10th floor, we thought we were in the wrong building because the apartment is on the 11th floor. The stairs to the penthouse were Somewhat hidden. We also had some difficulty opening the lockbox for the key.

What could be improved: Explained above

  • Wonderful – Kozłowska-elhodaiby from Poland – May 27, 2024 (9/10)

Nice design, pleasant atmosphere, very clean, great location close to the tube, I recommend 🙂

What could be improved: There is no AC and with the temperature around 30 degrees it's very hot. Opening a window could help but then there is a noise from the street, both options make it hard to sleep peacefully

  • Patrycja from Poland – September 8, 2023 (9/10)

  • Christmas Stay – Nowak from United Kingdom – December 20, 2024 (8/10)

Great location in central warsaw with a quick 15-20 minute walk to get to train station and main square, apartment was cozy and perfect for a couples getaway.

What could be improved: We aren't exactly big town people so finding our way to the apartments was a bit difficult and when asking staff for help on the phone we got scoffed at… Someone really needs to sort out the drains in the bathroom because they absolutely reek (sink specifically)

  • Good appointment, only something wrong with smell in it . – Evgeniia from Turkey – November 14, 2024 (8/10)

Great location! Cute apartment! I had good time there.

What could be improved: Smell very strange, the rest is been good.

  • All in all it was a good experience but the flat is not extremely comfortable for long stays. – Luca from Bulgaria – October 16, 2024 (7/10)

The view from the apartment and the location were amazing. Very close to the center, a lot of restaurants around and a 2-min walk from the metro, buses, and trams.

What could be improved: The bedroom was very small and the mattress was not very comfortable. The heaters didn't work properly, and it was cold at night just using the thin blankets they provided. The pressure in the shower was not optimal, and after the first shower there was a smell from the drains that lasted through the whole stay.

  • Decent place for a short stay – Alina from Poland – August 25, 2024 (8/10)

Location is quite good: walkable distance from the train station and Łazienki park, with numerous groceries and places to eat out right next door. The place has pretty much all the necessities for a short stay. Easy self check-in. The listing doesn’t mention any toiletries, but there was actually a shampoo/shower gel thing there.

What could be improved: I think the place was missing a few things you’d normally come across in rented apartments: frying pan, kitchen towel, toothbrush holder – maybe there are not big things, but they are definitely useful (way more than a massive TV set in a tiny bedroom 🙂 ). The place is quite noisy due to traffic outside. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, perhaps it’s best to bring a pair of earbuds.

  • Good and comfortable – Yousef from Saudi Arabia – July 11, 2024 (8/10)

    Good location with good facilities

What could be improved: I had to ask a stranger to help checking in using the sent codes, because my arrival time was after midnight

  • Good location – Olena from Ukraine – June 8, 2024 (9/10)

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Good place for leasure. Not far from city centre and US Embassy.

What could be improved: Needs some reconditioning.
