I mean, you walk in expecting standard aparthotel fare, but there’s this attention to detail that you don’t usually see at this price point. The lobby’s got this understated modern vibe (not trying too hard to be fancy, which I appreciate), and the whole building feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just where they sleep for a night.

The apartments themselves are where this place really shines. They’ve got proper kitchens – not those sad little kitchenettes with a hot plate and a prayer – actual cooking space with full-size appliances. I stayed there during a week when I was basically living on takeout from the Vietnamese place down the street (incredible pho, by the way), but it was nice knowing I could’ve made proper meals if I wanted to. The living areas feel genuinely spacious, and here’s something small but telling: the Wi-Fi actually works consistently. Like, I was video calling from the bedroom without that annoying lag you get in so many places. The bathrooms are modern without being sterile – good water pressure too, which honestly makes or breaks a stay for me.

What really sold me on the place was the neighborhood itself. Przyokopowa sits in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually sleep at night. There’s a decent grocery store maybe three minutes’ walk away, and the public transport connections are solid without being overwhelming. I noticed a lot of business travelers staying there – people who clearly knew what they were doing and had chosen this place over the flashier options nearby. The staff seems to get that guests want efficiency more than fuss; check-in was smooth, they answered questions without making you feel like you’re bothering them, and I never felt like they were hovering or trying to upsell me on anything. It’s the kind of place where you settle in quickly and start feeling like a temporary local rather than a tourist just passing through.

  PARKING: najtrudniejsze zadanie 🙂 poproscie od razu o mapke albo linki do filmików, bo sam opis wprowadzony do nawigacji wprowadza w błąd 🙂 Namiary (+,-): 52.232686,20.979357. Jazda od Siedmiogrodzkiej, przecinacie Karolkową wjeżdżając w Grzybowską i zjazd jest zaraz za Żabką 🙂
