You know what caught me off guard about SuperApart Rakowiecka 43a? It’s actually way better than I expected for an aparthotel in this part of Mokotów. I mean, when you first pull up to the building on Rakowiecka Street, it looks pretty standard from the outside – honestly, I almost wondered if I’d made the right choice. But once you get inside, the apartments are genuinely well-designed and spacious. The kitchen setup is what really sold me; it’s not one of those tiny hotel kitchenettes where you can barely heat up instant noodles. We’re talking full-size fridge, proper stovetop, and enough counter space to actually cook if you want to hit up the Żabka down the street or venture to that decent Carrefour about ten minutes away. The beds are comfortable too – not hotel-firm, more like what you’d actually want to sleep on at home.

The location is sort of perfect if you know Warsaw a bit. Mokotów isn’t the flashy tourist center, but that’s exactly why it works. You’re close enough to hop on the metro (Racławicka station is walkable, maybe 12-15 minutes) but far enough from the Old Town crowds that you can actually breathe. There’s this quiet residential vibe during the day, though Rakowiecka itself can get a bit busy with traffic during rush hour – nothing terrible, just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper and your room faces the street. I actually loved being able to walk to Łazienki Park in the mornings; it’s this gorgeous green space that most tourists only see on day trips, but staying here means you can just wander over with your coffee and pretend you’re a local for a while.

What really impressed me was how the staff handled everything – check-in was smooth, they actually seemed to care about making sure we had what we needed, and when our shower was acting up on the second day, someone came to fix it within like two hours. The cleaning service is solid too, though honestly I barely used it since having a proper apartment setup meant we could just… live normally for a few days instead of feeling like we were camping in a hotel room. The Wi-Fi is reliable (worked fine for video calls), there’s decent parking if you’re driving, and the whole building feels secure without being overly formal. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer trip to Warsaw – it’s got that sweet spot of being comfortable and practical without breaking the bank, plus you get to experience the city more like someone who actually lives there rather than just passing through.

  It’s a nicely arranged little apartment with almost everything you need. Close to the metro. Very good grocery store downstairs, plus bakery, cafes and restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: I miss a bedside lamp in the parental bedroom (but very happy about the bedside table that wasn’t there before!). It would be good to have a toaster in the kitchen, and some additional blankets for each bed. There is a bad smell coming from the toilet.

  What could be improved: I’ve missed a little side table and a lamp next to my bed – this was really uncomfortable.

  Nice and clean, great location, really comfy beds. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect if you just want to sleep there.
  
  What could be improved: Only one physical key for 6 people was not enough. If someone closed the door from the inside it was impossible to open the door using the key from the outside.

  Soft beds, air conditioning, spacious bathroom. Apartment on the top floor. One of the downsides was that it was difficult to find the entrance to the apartment at night, as there was more than one entrance.Only one of which is good, because if you mix up the entrance, you won't find anything on that floor. Basically, there was everything we needed. We are satisfied. There was enough space for 7 people. 4 adults, 2 children and one teenager.

  A very fancy restaurant opened recently downstairs.
  
  What could be improved: A little bit run down, no attention to details, no bed side lamps which makes it impossible to read in the evening.

  Podobało mi się prawie wszystko, duża łazienka która na spokojnie wystarczy dla 4/5 kobiet. Dużo szafeczek w łazience. Łóżek było wystarczająco dużo. Wyposażenie kuchni oraz łazienki w pełni spełniał oczekiwania.
  
  What could be improved: Nie pamiętam czy ta informacja w opisie, na pewno była w opiniach, jeden z największych minusów był brak windy w bloku które potrafiła być czasem uciążliwa, szczególnie wchodząc na ostatnie piętro z walizkami.
  W mojej opinii to jest jeden z dużych minusów.

  What could be improved: Були проблеми зі зливом в раковині та двері душової кабіни не закривались добре, через що вода протікала на підлогу.
