The thing that hits you right away is how locals this place feels. I mean, you’re not staying in some tourist bubble here – you’re actually living in the neighborhood for a few days, which is exactly what I want when I travel. The building itself has that solid, unpretentious vibe that you find in residential areas where real people actually live and work. It’s the kind of place where you’ll hear families coming home from work in the evening, maybe some cooking smells drifting through the hallways (honestly, made me hungry more than once). The apartment setup is really well thought out too – whoever designed this actually understands how people use space. There’s proper counter space in the kitchen (you’d be surprised how many places mess this up), and the living area doesn’t feel cramped even when you’ve got your suitcase exploded everywhere like I always do.

What really impressed me was the attention to practical details that you only appreciate when you’re actually staying somewhere for more than a night. The wifi actually works throughout the entire space – I could video call from the bedroom without those annoying drops you get in a lot of places. Storage is another thing they got right; there are enough closets and drawers that you can actually unpack and feel settled rather than living out of your luggage. And honestly, for a 3-star place, the quality is way above what you’d expect – that 9.3 rating isn’t just people being nice, it’s earned. The building stays surprisingly quiet too, even during what I assume are peak hours. I’m someone who wakes up if a neighbor sneezes, but I slept really well here. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy speeches about amenities I’ll never use, just the key information and genuine helpfulness when I had questions about the area. The whole experience just feels… real, I guess? Like staying at a friend’s place if your friend happened to be really good at hosting and had great taste in neighborhoods. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, which is probably why it works so well.
