Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address on ul. Powstańców Śląskich, I wasn’t expecting much. I mean, this stretch of the street isn’t exactly the postcard part of town, you know? But SuperApart completely surprised me in the best way possible. The building itself is one of those converted residential blocks that you see all over this part of Poland, but they’ve actually done something smart with the space. The entrance doesn’t scream “hotel” – it’s more like walking into a well-maintained apartment building, which honestly makes it feel less touristy and more like you’re staying somewhere real people actually live.
What really got me was how quiet it is inside, considering you’re right on a fairly busy street. I stayed on the third floor and barely heard any traffic noise, even with the windows cracked open at night. The apartments – and they really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner – have this lived-in feel that I actually prefer to those sterile chain places. The kitchen in mine was small but functional, with everything you’d need if you wanted to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal. Speaking of which, there’s a decent pierogi place about a five-minute walk toward the city center that the reception guy told me about – not touristy at all, just good, cheap food.
Here’s the thing that impressed me most: the staff actually seems to care about the place. Check-in was smooth (they let me drop my bags early without any fuss), and when I had an issue with the shower temperature, someone came up within twenty minutes to sort it out. You can tell they’re trying to build something here rather than just collect booking fees. The Wi-Fi is solid, parking isn’t a nightmare if you have a car, and honestly, for what you pay, you’re getting way more space and comfort than you would at some cramped hotel room in the Old Town. The 9.2 rating isn’t just inflated review scores – people genuinely seem happy staying here. I’d definitely book it again, especially if I was planning to stay more than just a night or two and wanted to feel a bit more settled in the city.

Nowy apartament, byliśmy chyba pierwszymi gośćmi po odświerzeniu. Wygląd na zdjęciach różni się od rzeczywistości, nie ma roślin, jest dość surowo.
