You know what? I almost walked right past Suzanna Arkadia the first time I was looking for it. It’s one of those places that doesn’t scream for attention from the street, but once you’re inside — honestly, that 9.2 rating starts making perfect sense. For a three-star hotel, this place punches way above its weight class.

The lobby has this sort of understated elegance that immediately puts you at ease. I mean, it’s not trying to be the Ritz or anything, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the space. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day (which, let’s be honest, doesn’t happen everywhere), and check-in was refreshingly smooth — no standing around for twenty minutes while they “find your reservation.” The rooms are what I’d call thoughtfully designed rather than flashy. Everything works properly, the bed is actually comfortable (not just hotel-brochure comfortable), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The shower has proper water pressure, which you’d think would be standard but… well, you know how it is.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to details that most hotels completely overlook. The walls are thick enough that you’re not listening to your neighbor’s TV all night, and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine starting up. I noticed they’ve got these little touches throughout — decent lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. It’s the kind of place where someone clearly thought about what travelers actually need rather than what looks good in photos. The breakfast situation is solid too (I’m not talking about sad continental breakfast here), and they’re flexible about timing if you’re not an early riser. Parking was straightforward, which honestly was a relief after dealing with some of the nightmare hotel parking situations in other cities. The whole vibe is just… relaxed, I guess? Like they’re confident in what they’re offering without having to oversell it. It’s the sort of hotel you’d actually recommend to friends without any weird caveats or warnings about managing expectations.

  The appartement is clean and well equipped, with a big balcony overlooking a nice children playground – it was very useful as we were staying with kids. Just around the corner you can find a mini market (which is very convenient) and a huge shopping mall in the neighbourhood. The property has a parking space for additional price which we also used and found convenient. All in all we were very happy with our 1 night stay.

  Bardzo czyste, przytulne, wygodne mieszkanie. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, a nawet więcej, bo zastaliśmy kawę, herbatę, cukier, przyprawy i dodatkowe kosmetyki. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Doskonała lokalizacja. Piękny balkon.

  Mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji, przynajmniej dla nas. Plusem dla rodzin z dziećmi jest plac zabaw pod domem i pobliski plac przy galerii Arkadia. Mieszkanie było czyste, miłym zaskoczeniem okazała się dostępność podstawowych kosmetyków: płatki kosmetyczne, płyń do demakijażu, balsam czy żel do mycia ciała. Tak na wypadek gdyby komuś się zapomniało 😉 Drobna rzecz, a robi pozytywne wrażenie.

  Wspaniałe miejsce, przesympatyczna właścicielka, bardzo pomocna i wyrozumiała. Apartament niezwykle czysty, świetnie wyposażony oraz skomunikowany z resztą miasta. Wielki plus!

  Apartament czysty, wyposażony chyba we wszystko co może być potrzebne, normalne samodzielne mieszkanie – nie czuje się jak w hotelu, a jak w domu. Mieszkanie ciche, okolica również, bloki zadbane. Właścicielka przekazała jasno wszystkie instrukcje przed przyjazdem, z niczym nie mieliśmy problemu od trafienia na parking, po mieszkanie. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko duże centrum handlowe, sklepy, knajpki. Polecamy.

  To co dla mnie było dużym plusem to duża lodówka, oddzielna sypialnia, oraz podziemny parking w obiekcie bardzo duży balkon choć aura na wyjście na zewnątrz nie pozwoliła, ciche osiedle.
