This is one of those places where you get genuine comfort without the pretentious hotel lobby nonsense. The building sits right on Szucha Avenue, which honestly can get pretty busy during rush hour (you’ll hear some traffic), but here’s the thing locals know – you’re literally a five-minute walk from Łazienki Park. I’m talking about Warsaw’s most gorgeous green space, the one with the peacocks and that stunning palace on the water. The location is actually brilliant because you’re in Śródmieście but on the quieter residential side, not stuck in the tourist chaos around the Old Town.

The flat itself feels like staying at a well-organized friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel room. The kitchen actually works – I mean, you can cook real meals here, not just heat up instant noodles. The bathroom’s compact but everything functions properly (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given in Warsaw apartments). Parking can be tricky on the street, but there are paid spots nearby if you’re driving. The 8.7 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury, but everything works as it should, the location’s genuinely useful, and you’re not paying for a bunch of amenities you won’t use. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to explore Łazienki properly or needed a real kitchen for a longer stay. Just don’t expect a concierge or daily housekeeping – this is more like having a reliable home base in one of Warsaw’s better neighborhoods.

  The place is very cosy and warm with a lot of sun. The location is superb, you have everything you need within walking distance.

  Great place for a weekend in Warsaw. You don’t need to bring much, as the apartment has everything you need. The location is very good — close to the city center, bus station, and a supermarket just 10 minutes away on foot. There are also parks and a shopping mall nearby. We’re happy we chose it.

  There is a beautiful park nearby, and a bus stop nearby. The apartments themselves have everything you need to live. The air conditioner saves you in the heat. Overall, everything is fine.
