You know what? I’ve stayed in a lot of places around Warsaw’s city center, and this apartment on Górskiego really surprised me in the best way. I mean, when you first walk up to the building, it’s one of those classic Warsaw structures that doesn’t look like much from the outside – honestly, I almost walked past it twice looking for the entrance. But once you’re inside, it’s actually quite tasteful (hence the name, I guess). The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room, which I really appreciated after bouncing between cookie-cutter places. The furnishings are modern without being cold, and there’s this nice attention to detail – like proper blackout curtains that actually work and a coffee machine that doesn’t require an engineering degree to operate.

The location is pretty stellar, though you might not realize it immediately. Górskiego is this quiet little street that most tourists never discover, but you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Palace of Culture and Science, and the main shopping areas are right there. I loved being able to duck into Złote Tarasy when it was raining, or grab groceries at the Carrefour without dealing with tourist crowds. The tram connections are excellent too – you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without hassle. One thing to note: the street itself is surprisingly quiet for being so central, but you’ll definitely hear some city sounds, especially in the mornings when the delivery trucks start making their rounds around 7 AM. It wasn’t bothersome for me, but light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.

What really sold me on this place was how the Noclegi Renters team handled everything. Check-in was smooth – they actually met me at the apartment rather than making me trek to some random office across town, which happens more often than you’d think with these rental companies. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, and they’d left some basic essentials like coffee, tea, and even a bottle of water in the fridge. Small touches, but they matter when you’re tired from traveling. The Wi-Fi was solid (I was working remotely for part of my stay), and the heating worked perfectly, which isn’t always a given in older Warsaw buildings. I will say the shower pressure could be better – it’s adequate but nothing to write home about. Also, if you’re planning to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped but compact, so don’t expect to prepare elaborate meals. Overall though, for the price point and location, it’s honestly a great find. The 7.3 rating seems about right – it’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable, clean, and genuinely well-located without the premium you’d pay at the big hotels near the Old Town.

  Almost everything. The apartment is 30 seconds from Chmielna street, is very big and has nearly all the comfort you may need, except AC.
  
  What could be improved: The bedroom curtains let way too much light in. The toilet is in a weird position as well, as you'll have to awkwardly twist your body in order not too bang your knees on the sink stand.

  The space was lovely and the apartment has everything that you need. The location was incredible, very centered within Warsaw, right off of the main strip but tucked away in a quiet street. Clean, good bed, nice amenities, would book again.
  
  What could be improved: The check in instructions were a little complicated, especially if you get in late like we did.

  There was one morning where there was no hot water but we think it’s because it was a Monday and everyone was getting ready for school and work. Only happened once during our 5 night stay and it worked later in the afternoon that day.
