Look, I’ll be straight with you about this place on Żelazna – it’s one of those finds that doesn’t blow you away at first glance, but honestly grows on you pretty quickly. The Tasteful Apartment (and yes, they actually nailed the “tasteful” part) sits right in the heart of Wola, which I know sounds intimidating if you’re not familiar with Warsaw, but hear me out. This neighborhood has completely transformed over the past few years, and you’re basically walking distance from some of the city’s best kept secrets. The building itself is typical Warsaw – that solid, no-nonsense architecture that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere real, not some sterile hotel chain. What really sold me was the parking situation, and I mean this genuinely – finding a decent place to leave your car in this part of the city is usually a nightmare, but these folks have actually sorted it out. You know that relief when you realize you won’t be circling blocks at 10 PM looking for a spot? Yeah, that.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home, which can be hit or miss with these rental situations, but they’ve struck a nice balance. It’s clean without being sterile, comfortable without trying too hard to impress you with fancy fixtures that don’t actually work properly. The kitchen is functional – I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to, not just heat up instant noodles. The bathroom has decent water pressure (trust me, this matters more than you think), and the beds are surprisingly comfortable for what you’re paying. I stayed here during one of those typical Warsaw autumns when the weather can’t make up its mind, and the heating worked perfectly without making those annoying clicking sounds all night. The windows are decent quality too, so you’re not getting woken up by every tram that passes by, though honestly, the neighborhood sounds become kind of comforting after a day or two.

What I really appreciated was how easy everything was – the check-in process didn’t involve standing around for twenty minutes while someone explains seventeen different rules, and the Noclegi Renters team actually responds to messages, which is rarer than it should be. The location puts you close enough to the city center that you can walk to most places you’d want to see (or catch the metro in about five minutes), but far enough out that you’re not paying tourist prices for everything. There’s this great little bakery around the corner that locals actually use, and a decent grocery store that stays open late. Is it luxury? No, and it’s not trying to be. Is it exactly what you need for a few days in Warsaw without breaking the bank or feeling like you’re roughing it? Absolutely. The 7.2 rating makes sense – it’s solid, reliable, and does exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

Hotel in Warsaw booking should be done early, especially during major cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally significant music and arts events.

  Nice modern apartment. Everything clean. Kitchen fully equiped. Very close to city center. Good parking place under building closed area.
  
  What could be improved: Price! In booking price is indicated cheaper and actually reserve 10% more. For a week reservation as we had this was a very big amount. For this final price would have stayed some other place. Explanation that this was currency exchange rate as we payed in Euros, is also not logical because we stayd in Poland in another accomodatio place and payed excact same amount what we were told. Overall, nice place, noisy because windows next to road and be careful because price here might not be the amount You end up paying.

  Excellent location- right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and all the major attractions. The apartment is cosy, well-equipped and immaculately clean. It’s a great spot for anyone looking to explore Warsaw while enjoying a comfortable and relaxing space. Highly recommend!

  What could be improved: We are very disappointed with our stay.. First of all, there were no towels upon arrival, after reporting this problem, we were told to check under the sofa and under the bed, unfortunately, there were no towels there either. Although we stayed for two nights, we only received towels the next day, which meant that for the first evening (because we need to shower) we had to buy new towels at the store. Moreover, upon departure, money was debited from our bank card. After writing about this problem, we were informed that the money was debited for a damaged bed frame (????). Unfortunately, we did not damage any of the bed frame, you cannot see it visually either. When we asked to send a photo with such damage so that we could be really satisfied, it was refused. The money was not refunded. This was just an attempt to profit from us. I would suggest bypassing this place.

  Blisko centrum, wygodny apartament. Na zdjęciach trochę większy niż w rzeczywistości. Garaż jest bardzo dużym plusem.
  W mieszkaniu pralka, odkurzacz, żelazko . Komplet ręczników.
  
  What could be improved: Niestety był totalny brak kontaktu z obsługą. Na szczęście początkowe problemy udało nam się rozwiązać samemu. Po próbie kontaktu telefonicznym i mailowym odpowiedź dostałam dopiero po dwóch dniach. Początkowo był problem z otwarciem drzwi. Nie wyobrażam sobie, gdyby mi się w końcu nie udało rozwiązać tego problemu, w jaki sposób dostalibyśmy się do mieszkania.
  Apartament czysty , natomiast ze strony internetowej Renters I AirBnb zrozumiałam że sprzątanie kosztowało 220 zł . Niestety okna były bardzo brudne a kratka (niedziałająca) wentylacyjna nie była czyszczona chyba kilka lat. Kanapa w salonie też wymagałaby czyszczenia bo są na niej zacieki od brudu i trochę brzydziłam się tam spać.
  Trzeci komplet pościeli i ręczników był schowany w kanapie, nie było o tym żadnej informacji i musieliśmy szukać.
  W mieszkaniu był ekspres do kawy ale nie było na start żadnych kapsułek do zrobienia tej kawy (chociaż na start). Byłam w różnych apartamentach , gdzie takie kapsułki były udostępniane.
  Podsumowując najgorzej było z otwarciem drzwi, skrzyneczka była zacięta i była dość duża panika, żeby w ogóle udało się wejść do środka. Jak już się do udało to pojawił się kolejny problem bo zamek od wewnątrz był popsuty i na noc nie dało się zamknąć mieszkania na klucz , co wzbudzało duży strach (spanie w nocy przy otwartym mieszkaniu).
  A i jeszcze kolejny szczegół, może nieistotny, baterie w pilotach do tv były wyczerpane. To też taki punkt, na który obsługa mogłaby zwracać uwagę przed przyjęciem następnych gości.

  Lokalizacja naprawdę super. Wszędzie blisko. Mieszkanko czyste. Dziecko i rodzice zadowoleni. Na pewno nie był to Nasz ostatni pobyt.

  What could be improved: Niestety duże rozczarowanie – głównie z powodu braku jakiejkolwiek realnej obsługi.
  
  Zacznijmy od tego, że już po przyjeździe pojawiły się problemy techniczne: nie działał internet (brak karty SIM lub wyczerpany limit danych – modem LTE?!), nie działała telewizja (brak połączenia z dekoderem lub niewykupiony abonament?!), a przede wszystkim – nie dało się zamknąć drzwi od środka. Zamek typu "motylek" był uszkodzony i można było zamknąć drzwi jedynie na skobel, który nie zapewniał żadnego bezpieczeństwa – osoba z zewnątrz mogłaby bez problemu wejść do środka.
  
  Zgłosiliśmy problem natychmiast po przyjeździe. Niestety kontakt z firmą wynajmującą mieszkanie graniczył z cudem – infolinia nie pozwalała na rozmowę z konsultantem, a jedyną opcją był czat. Na pierwszą wiadomość otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź dopiero po dwóch godzinach, z prośbą o zdjęcia. W nocy poinformowano nas, że ktoś się z nami skontaktuje. Rano następnego dnia dostaliśmy wiadomość, że obsługa pojawi się po godzinie 11:00 – zasugerowano, że możemy poczekać albo zostawić klucze w skrzynce. Wybraliśmy drugą opcję, mając zaplanowany dzień. Po powrocie okazało się, że nikt się nie zjawił. Kontakt urwał się całkowicie. Do końca pobytu nikt się z nami nie skontaktował, mimo kolejnych prób i próśb z naszej strony.
  
  Co gorsza, również Booking.com nie zareagował. Mimo (automatycznego) zapewnienia, że w ciągu 24h sprawa zostanie rozpatrzona.
  
  Jeśli chodzi o samo mieszkanie – stan przeciętny, czystość na średnim poziomie, cena zdecydowanie nieadekwatna do jakości. Warto wiedzieć decydując się na ten lokal, że nie posiada klimatyzacji, a przy głośnej ulicy i konieczności otwierania okien w upalne dni komfort spada do zera.
  
  Podsumowując: nie polecam. Kompletny brak poszanowania dla gościa i brak jakiejkolwiek reakcji ze strony obsługi. Gdyby doszło do nagłej sytuacji (np. zatrzaśnięcie drzwi), pomoc byłaby niemożliwa do uzyskania. Sądząc po komentarzach innych gości – nie jesteśmy jedyni, którzy tego…
