Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment hotel on the 7th floor in Mokotów, but this place completely surprised me. You know that feeling when you walk into a space and immediately think “okay, I could actually live here”? That’s exactly what happened. The elevator ride up gives you these glimpses of Warsaw through the stairwell windows, and by the time you reach the apartment, you’re already getting a sense of how residential and authentic this neighborhood feels.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything was set up – I mean, someone clearly understood what travelers actually need. The kitchen wasn’t just for show (you know how some places give you a hot plate and call it a kitchen). There’s actual counter space, decent cookware, and a fridge that doesn’t sound like it’s about to give up on life. The living area has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake, with lighting that actually works for reading at night. And the bedroom… well, let’s just say I slept better there than I do at home most nights. The windows face away from the main street, so you get natural light without the constant hum of traffic that you’d expect in a city.

Mokotów itself is sort of Warsaw’s best-kept secret if you ask me. It’s where actual Varsovians live and work, not just where tourists pass through. You’re walking distance from Galeria Mokotów if you need shopping or a food court, but more importantly, you’re surrounded by these little cafes and restaurants that locals actually frequent. There’s a bakery about two blocks away that I stumbled upon during my morning walks – the kind of place where they know regulars by name and the pastries are gone by noon. The tram connections are honestly better than I expected too; you can get to the Old Town or central districts without much hassle, but you also have this sense of retreat when you come back in the evenings.

The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be fancy or impress anyone, it just works really well for what it is. Check-in was smooth (they actually answered their phone when I called about arrival times), and the whole experience felt more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in typical hotel accommodation. If you’re the type who gets claustrophobic in standard hotel rooms or wants to feel connected to how a city actually functions day-to-day, this spot in Mokotów delivers on that front.

  I visit Warsaw almost every month because my son, a student, studies and lives here. I’ve stayed in various apartments, but this one has truly stolen my heart! Every detail is thoughtfully designed! I was able to fully enjoy spending time with my son without worrying about household chores and could cook him delicious homemade meals when he came over. I’m very grateful to Magda for allowing me to check in earlier, as my train arrives in the morning.

  Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Duży plus za kosmetyki w łazience również do włosów, ponieważ często ich zapominam. Był to czas przed świętami, więc doceniam też ozdoby świąteczne, które wprowadzały miły klimat.
