You know what really surprised me about The All Right Apartment? The name is honestly underselling it – this place is way better than just “all right.” I’ve stayed in plenty of Warsaw hotels, and this little gem on Puławska actually feels like you’re crashing at a friend’s well-appointed apartment rather than some sterile hotel room. The location in Mokotów is perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like a local instead of being stuck in the touristy Old Town bubble. You’re right on one of the main arteries heading south, which means getting around is super easy, but it’s tucked back enough that you won’t hear buses rumbling by at 6 AM (learned that lesson the hard way at other places).

The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that I really appreciate – nothing feels too precious or hotel-y, if that makes sense. The kitchen is actually functional, not just for show, which is rare in these serviced apartments. I mean, you can genuinely cook a proper meal here, and there’s enough counter space to spread out your groceries from the Żabka down the street. The Wi-Fi is solid (I was working remotely during my stay), and honestly, the whole setup just works. What really won me over was how quiet it gets in the evenings – Mokotów has this residential vibe where things wind down after dinner, unlike the city center where there’s always something happening. The building itself feels secure without being intimidating, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy speeches about amenities I’ll never use.

Here’s the thing about this part of Warsaw that most visitors miss: you’re actually in one of the best neighborhoods for getting a feel for how locals live. There’s a great little market within walking distance, some solid cafés that aren’t trying too hard to be Instagram-worthy, and you can catch the metro at Wilanowska without much hassle when you want to head into the center. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be fancy or impress you with marble lobbies, but everything just works the way it should. The value is incredible for what you get, especially considering you’re getting a whole apartment rather than a cramped hotel room. I’d definitely book this again, particularly for longer stays when you want that home-away-from-home feeling. Fair warning though – the area can feel a bit quiet if you’re someone who needs nightlife right outside your door, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. Sometimes you just want a comfortable base where you can decompress after exploring the city all day.

  There were just codes, not actual keys which is great
  
  What could be improved: It was difficult to open the gate, it just didn’t work until our neighbour was accidentally walking by and opened the gate for us. Eventually, we needed to push the gate quite hard to open it. This is only issue with it.
