Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Time Apartment on Chłodna Street, you immediately get the sense that this four-star property sits in one of Warsaw’s most happening neighborhoods. The building itself has that understated Polish elegance — nothing flashy, but you can tell it’s been thoughtfully designed. What struck me right away was how quiet it felt despite being in the heart of Wola, which honestly surprised me given how central everything is here.
Location & Neighborhood
This spot in Wola is absolutely perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like a local rather than just hitting the tourist trail. You’re walking distance from some of the city’s best restaurants and cafes, and I mean the places where actual Varsovians go for dinner, not just the guidebook recommendations. The area has this great mix of modern developments and authentic Polish character — you’ll find trendy coffee shops next to traditional milk bars. What couples seem to love most (and honestly, I get it) is that you can stroll to the Old Town for sightseeing, then come back to a neighborhood that feels genuinely residential and lived-in.
The Apartment Experience
Time Apartment delivers exactly what you’d hope for from an upscale apartment-style stay. The space feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice Warsaw flat than staying in a typical hotel room. Everything’s been designed with actual living in mind — there’s proper counter space in the kitchen area, decent storage for your clothes, and those little touches that make you feel settled rather than just passing through. The decor strikes that sweet spot between contemporary and cozy, with enough personality to feel interesting but not so much that it overwhelms the space.
Practical Comforts
What I really appreciated were the details that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere for more than just sleeping. The Wi-Fi works properly throughout the apartment (you know how hit-or-miss that can be), and there’s enough natural light that you don’t feel like you’re hiding in a cave during Warsaw’s shorter winter days. The bathroom setup is well thought out too — good water pressure and space to actually spread out your toiletries. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably work if you need to, or just relax without feeling cramped.
Why Guests Love It
The location score of 9.9 isn’t just numbers on a booking site — it reflects something real about how this place connects you to Warsaw. You’re positioned perfectly to explore different sides of the city, whether that’s the reconstructed historical center or the more contemporary cultural scene that’s been developing in this part of town. Couples especially seem drawn to the combination of urban energy and residential calm, plus there’s something romantic about having your own little Warsaw apartment, even temporarily. It’s refined without being stuffy, central without being touristy, and comfortable in that effortless way that makes you want to extend your stay.
Warsaw hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Poland’s capital, known for its remarkable post-war reconstruction and dynamic business environment.

This property and location so good and nice. We like so much this location and property. THANKS YOU SO MACH 👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌
Good location. Very clean. Good comfortable bed. Perfect check in instructions.
The apartment is quite spacious, a historical building, and a very cozy inner courtyard. Furniture is old-fashioned which gives authentic charm, the kitchen is equipped with necessary dishes, AGD, there are cosmetics and towels in the bathroom. Location is super, the host even allowed early check in earlier and late check out, we'll definitely stay again. Thank you so much.
We've only stayed in this apartment for one night, but I am certain we would have enjoyed staying there for a longer period as it's located in quite a central area, has all the necessary amenities and is very clean. It was obvious that this apartment is taken care of very well and I'd definetely choose it again when I'd visit Warsaw the next time. The instructions provided by the host were clear and we had no problems with getting in to the apartment.
Clean apartment, good location, great communication with the host.
