You know what, I’ve stayed in a lot of Warsaw apartments over the years, and this turquoise place on Zwierzyniecka really surprised me. I mean, when you first walk up to 8D, it’s one of those classic Mokotów buildings that doesn’t look like much from the outside – but honestly, that’s half the charm of this neighborhood. The apartment itself has this really calming vibe with those turquoise accents (hence the name, obviously), and the space feels way more generous than most Warsaw rentals I’ve crashed in. The kitchen actually has counter space where you can spread out if you’re doing the whole self-catering thing, which – let’s be real – saves you a fortune when you’re staying more than a couple nights.

What really sold me on this spot though is how close you are to Łazienki Park without being right in the tourist chaos. I’m talking a genuine five-minute walk to the palace grounds, but you’re tucked away enough that you’re not hearing tour groups at 7 AM. The Noclegi Renters team was pretty solid too – they met me right on time for check-in and actually knew the building well enough to give me the lowdown on things like which grocery store nearby stays open late (it’s the Żabka on the corner, by the way) and when the hot water schedule runs. Small stuff, but it matters when you’re settling in somewhere new.

Here’s the thing about this part of Mokotów that most people don’t realize – you’re perfectly positioned between the park and some genuinely good local spots that tourists never find. There’s this little café about two blocks down Zwierzyniecka where the coffee doesn’t cost a small fortune, and if you walk toward Agrykola street, you hit this stretch of restaurants that locals actually eat at. The tram connections are honestly better than I expected too; you can get to Old Town in maybe 20 minutes without dealing with the metro crowds. The apartment stays pretty quiet even though you’re on a main street – the windows are solid, and the building seems well-maintained. I mean, there’s the occasional delivery truck early in the morning, but nothing that’ll wake you up if you’re not already a light sleeper. The whole setup just works, you know? It’s one of those places where you can actually picture living like a local for a week instead of feeling like you’re camping out in someone else’s space.

  Very new & clean apartment. Very safe & secure place. Comfy beds, good shower, washing & dryer. Top speed internet perfect for video conference. Secure car park space.

  What could be improved: There were little or no instructions related to the car locked dedicated car parking spot provided.. only the parking spot number but not how to get in or how to open the two gates. Caused a small confusion when arriving via rental car first time.. but the garage rf token was in the apartment, just required an extra trip upstairs to grab it before we could park the car. Street parking is there and free but most of the time there were no free spots during the daytime.

  Location very good. Small app but nice decorated. Everything you need for short stay is present in the app. Highest floor, nice overview.

  What could be improved: Lack of support of the staff; the broken rail took 4 days to fix blamed on my lack of availability; refused compensation on those ground whist the problem could have been solved by leaving the key in the safe on day one .

  Tv problems not dealt with – very poor service lacking professional customer service. Disappointed by it and point blank refusal of compensation. Very unprofessional!
