Here’s what nobody tells you about staying on Krakowskie Przedmieście — you’re basically on Warsaw’s royal route, the same street that connects the Royal Castle to Wilanów Palace. I could walk to the Castle Square in about three minutes, and the University of Warsaw is right there too. What I loved most was stepping out in the morning and seeing locals heading to work alongside tourists just starting their day. The trams run constantly along this street, so getting anywhere in the city is actually pretty effortless. You know what’s really nice? Even though you’re in such a central spot, the apartment itself feels surprisingly peaceful.

The Space Itself

The room setup here is quite clever — it’s designed more like a proper apartment than a typical hotel room, which makes sense given the name. There’s a proper seating area where you can actually relax and plan your day, and the windows look out onto one of Warsaw’s most historic streets. I spent way too much time just watching the city wake up from those windows, honestly. I found myself using the apartment as a real base rather than just a place to sleep, which doesn’t always happen when I’m traveling.

Why Guests Love It

Parking can be tricky in this area, but that’s true anywhere in central Warsaw — most guests I chatted with were using public transport anyway, which is excellent from this location.
