Located right on Krakowskie Przedmieście, you’re literally in the beating heart of Warsaw‘s Old Town, and I mean that quite literally. The building itself has this wonderful blend of historical charm and modern comfort that you don’t always find in city center accommodations.

The Location Magic

Here’s what nobody tells you about staying on Krakowskie Przedmieście — you’re basically on Warsaw’s royal route, the same street that connects the Royal Castle to Wilanów Palace. I could walk to the Castle Square in about three minutes, and the University of Warsaw is right there too. What I loved most was stepping out in the morning and seeing locals heading to work alongside tourists just starting their day. The trams run constantly along this street, so getting anywhere in the city is actually pretty effortless. You know what’s really nice? Even though you’re in such a central spot, the apartment itself feels surprisingly peaceful.

The Space Itself

The room setup here is quite clever — it’s designed more like a proper apartment than a typical hotel room, which makes sense given the name. There’s a proper seating area where you can actually relax and plan your day, and the windows look out onto one of Warsaw’s most historic streets. I spent way too much time just watching the city wake up from those windows, honestly. The space feels much larger than you’d expect for such a prime location, and everything’s been recently updated without losing that old-world Warsaw character.

Daily Life and Practicalities

What really impressed me was how well this place works for different types of stays. The kitchenette is actually functional — not just decorative like in some places — so you can grab fresh bread from the nearby bakeries and have a proper breakfast if you want. There’s a decent restaurant scene right on your doorstep too, from traditional Polish spots to more contemporary places. I found myself using the apartment as a real base rather than just a place to sleep, which doesn’t always happen when I’m traveling.

Why Guests Love It

The 9.8 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s that rare combination of location, comfort, and value that’s hard to find in major European capitals. Couples especially seem to appreciate the romantic setting (I can see why), but honestly, it works just as well if you’re exploring the city solo or with friends. The fact that you can walk to virtually everything worth seeing in Old Town, yet still feel like you have a proper retreat to come back to, is pretty special. Parking can be tricky in this area, but that’s true anywhere in central Warsaw — most guests I chatted with were using public transport anyway, which is excellent from this location.

  Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo wygodne lóżka, czysto, lokalizacja rewelacyjna, blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Świetnie miejsce do zwiedzania.
  
  What could be improved: Minus za odpływ w łazience, woda źle odpływała oraz brak baterii w pilotach do TV. Brakowało też trochę blatu w kuchni do przygotowania posiłku.

  Nowocześnie urządzone i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie (nawet w tak nieoczywiste sprzęty jak pralka i zmywarka), idealne dla 4 osób w świetnej lokalizacji (pomimo adresu przy Krakowskim Przedmieściu w nocy było cicho). Czystość bez zarzutu. Wszystkie urządzenia wewnątrz były sprawne.
  
  What could be improved: Szkoda, że w kuchni nie było chociaż soli i pieprzu. W mieszkaniu nie było systemu nagłośnienia, który jest widoczny na zdjęciach, a niektóre elementy były uszkodzone (lampa w salonie nie miała jednego klosza, piloty nie miały klapek, odpływ liniowy pod prysznicem się zapychał).

  Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was great – close to the city center and public transport, but still quiet and peaceful. What meant a lot to us was that the hosts kindly allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which really helped after a long trip. They were very friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!
