Hotel Description
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place when I first booked it – the name’s a bit confusing since it’s obviously not in San Francisco’s Union Square, but rather tucked away on Boya-Żeleńskiego street in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district. But you know what? I’m actually glad I took the chance because this three-bedroom apartment turned out to be one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you’ve got insider knowledge of the city. The location is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without dealing with the tourist chaos – you’re literally in the heart of Warsaw’s downtown, but on a quieter residential street that locals actually live on. I mean, there’s something really satisfying about stepping out your door and being able to walk to the Palace of Culture in about ten minutes, or hitting up the trendy cafes around Nowy Świat without needing to figure out public transport every time.
The apartment itself has this lived-in quality that I really appreciated – not sterile like some of those corporate rental places, but actually comfortable. The balcony (which honestly sold me on the booking) faces the street and gives you this nice little perch to watch Warsaw life unfold below with your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, they’ve got a proper setup, not just some sad instant packets, which matters more than you’d think when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights. The three bedrooms are actually three real bedrooms, not some creative interpretation where they’ve carved up a living room – I’ve been burned by that before. What surprised me was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re right in the center of everything. I guess the building’s old enough to have thick walls, because I barely heard street noise even with the windows open during those warm September evenings.
The whole area around here has this great energy where you’ve got serious business types mixing with students and artists, especially once you wander toward the university district. There’s this little market on Hoza street (maybe a five-minute walk?) where I ended up buying groceries most mornings – the vendors there actually remember you after a day or two, which felt pretty authentic. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but honestly, you don’t really need a car from this spot. The metro’s close enough, and half the fun is just walking around and stumbling into those tiny bars and bookshops that you’d never find otherwise. I did have one small issue with the check-in process – had to coordinate with the host via WhatsApp since there’s no front desk – but once that was sorted, everything ran smoothly. The 9.5 rating makes total sense to me; it’s not luxury hotel fancy, but it’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to actually experience Warsaw rather than just pass through it.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Warsaw at least two months ahead for major events like music festivals or business conferences, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near attractions.

Good layout, well stocked apartment with comfortable beds.
What could be improved: The building is located on a busy crossroads, so there is traffic noise and car sirens 24/7.I recommend it to everyone who likes spacious, bright accommodations – Gabor from Hungary – April 14, 2025 (9/10)

Apartment complex was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Really good location and very nice hosts. Great value for money, highly recommend this place if you are staying in Warsaw!
What could be improved: Everything was good雖然需要搭電車離開了老城區有一段距離,但是電車班次很多,交通很方便,所在的區域治安非常好,令人可以放心的夜間散步。 – Yinyi from Taiwan – August 9, 2025 (10/10)
What could be improved: 一直有一股奇怪的味道,從剛進房開始就很強烈,但找不出是什麼原因?雖然住久了也習慣了。Wonderful – Stylianos from Greece – June 16, 2025 (9/10)
What could be improved: Τα μαξιλάρια ηταν πολύ λεπτά.
Exceptional – Bartek from Poland – May 19, 2025 (10/10)
