Okay, so first thing – don’t let the “3-star” rating fool you here. I mean, this place absolutely punches above its weight, and that 9.5 rating isn’t some fluke. When I walked in, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a studio setup, but you know what? Sometimes the best finds are the ones that surprise you.

The view is actually stunning – and I’m not just throwing that word around because it’s in the name. We’re talking about the kind of panoramic sweep that makes you pause mid-conversation and just stare out the window. I found myself doing this embarrassing thing where I’d wake up early just to catch the sunrise with my coffee (they’ve got a decent little setup for making your own, nothing fancy but it does the job). The Netflix thing might sound like a throwaway amenity, but after a long day of exploring, there’s something perfect about sinking into their surprisingly comfortable couch and binge-watching something mindless. The WiFi actually holds up too, which – let’s be honest – isn’t always a given in smaller places like this.

What really sold me on the space was how thoughtfully it’s put together. The studio layout could’ve felt cramped, but whoever designed this really knew what they were doing. There’s this clever way the furniture is arranged that makes everything flow naturally, and the lighting is spot-on for both daytime hangouts and evening wind-downs. I particularly loved this little reading nook by the window – perfect for those lazy afternoon moments when you don’t want to be social but still want to feel connected to the world outside. The bed situation is solid too; I’m pretty picky about mattresses and this one hit that sweet spot between firm and soft. One tiny heads-up though – if you’re a super light sleeper, there can be some street noise in the early morning hours, but honestly it’s more like gentle urban background hum than anything jarring. The whole place has this lived-in comfort that you just can’t fake – like staying at a friend’s apartment if your friend happened to have excellent taste and actually bothered to keep things clean. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward lobby hovering while they figure out their system. For what you’re paying, especially considering that view and the overall experience, it’s honestly kind of a steal.

  Apartment was comfy, with great view of the Warsaw skyline. We didn't need much, so the apartment was enough for us. It was clean, had everything we needed and instructions were crystal clear.

  Unit is a tasteful Ikea remodel. Nice large shower with good water pressure. Washing machine was handy. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cutlery, utensils, etc. Portable air conditioning unit was much appreciated. Good communication with owner Catherina.

  Great location and view from the windows. We loved the aesthetics in interior design. System of self check-in and check-out gives a lot of flexibility. Found public parking (free on weekends) spot in front of the building. Perfect place for a weekend couple’s get away (including couple’s dog)!

  Apartment was simply amazing! There is everything you could possibly need (iron, hair dryer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, microwave). The view is actually amazing, as mentioned in the title. It's a really stylish apartment. The neighborhood is also nice, you can find a lot of restaurant and shops around.
