The staff knows what they’re doing – check-in was smooth, they actually answered questions helpfully instead of just pointing at a brochure, and when our shower pressure was acting weird (minor thing, really), someone came up within an hour to sort it out. The building itself sits in this interesting spot where you’re close enough to walk to the main action but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with constant street noise and crowds of tourists stumbling around at midnight. I found myself walking to different neighborhoods pretty easily – Old Town obviously, but also some of the newer districts that locals actually hang out in. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (street spots fill up fast), but there are options nearby if you don’t mind walking a few minutes. For a 3-star place, it punches above its weight in ways that actually matter – reliable wifi, good water pressure, beds that don’t make your back ache, and that rare thing in apartment hotels: enough storage space that you can actually unpack and settle in for more than just a night or two.
