The room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed with modern touches that didn’t feel cold or sterile. What struck me most was the attention to detail — quality linens, good lighting for actually reading, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. The space felt intimate rather than cramped, which is exactly what you want in a boutique property like this.

Dining and Neighborhood Eats

While the hotel has its own restaurant, I’d honestly recommend venturing out to explore the local dining scene — that’s part of the Wola experience. The staff gave me some great recommendations for places within a five-minute walk, and they were spot-on. There’s something special about being able to stumble back to your hotel after discovering a new favorite local spot.

  It’s close by the city and there are markets around.
  The apartment is pretty big for 2 people
  
  What could be improved: The place has clearly not been properly cleaned: some sheets, the sink and bathtub, the couch and several cups were still dirty. The cutting board still had a rest of food sticking on it
  
  The place doesn’t have glasses, just mugs and no sharp knives

  The sheets are not big enough for the beds – so you sleep on some part of an old used mattresscover. Also the sheets were very old and didn’t smell like they were washed lately.
  
  Maybe the polish instructions to enter the building are easier to understand, but with the english instructions we didn’t figure out how to get through the several security doors right away. The security guard had to show it to us (after seeing us trying somewhere within the building for 10 minutes)
  
  The communication wasn’t really polite. The emails didn’t even say hello or anything friendly and when we had problems with the door and called, they just hung up after a short time.
  Overall the place was a mix of old and not really clean stuff that made it very hard to feel comfortable there. Maybe you are more lucky and the place will be cleaner

  Bardzo podobała mi się lokalizacja, niesamowita okolica, blisko metra, niedaleko apartamentu znajduje się wiele sklepów i restauracji,niesamowity widok z okna!W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne, nawet pieluchy dla dziecka,cena rekompensuje niedociągnięcia
  
  What could be improved: W mieszkaniu śmierdziało papierosami, kanapa nie była wygodna i nie dało się jej rozłożyć, nie było klimatyzacji.

  First of all, the apartment is in the centre of Wola district, basically centre of Warsaw, plenty of amazing places nearby. Stunning view from the 9th floor balcony on the Wola skyscrapers. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Fast Wi-Fi network is available. Locators are eligible to use shared gym and swimming pool which was great.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is quite old, 90s style. But I wasn't expecting anything else since real photos were provided. However, you can feel the unpleasant smell a little bit. I also felt it could have been a bit cleaner. Equipment-wise, I was missing the ironing board (the iron was there).
