The building itself is one of those pre-war gems that survived everything Warsaw’s been through, so expect some quirks. My shower had decent pressure (always a gamble in older buildings), but the walls are thin enough that you’ll hear your neighbors if they’re having a loud phone conversation. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you’re a light sleeper. Check-in was smooth – they actually met me at the apartment instead of making me hunt down some random office, which was clutch since I arrived pretty late. The whole operation feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, which is either perfect or totally wrong depending on what you’re after.
