Overview
First Impressions
Walking into VipWarsawApartments Onyx Mennica Residence, you immediately get that “this is going to be good” feeling. The building sits right on Grzybowska Street in Warsaw‘s Wola district, and honestly — the location alone makes this place worth considering. It’s one of those four-star properties that punches above its weight, especially when you realize you’re staying in what locals consider the top-rated area of the city. The entrance has that polished, modern vibe without feeling stuffy or overly formal.
The Neighborhood Advantage
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re actually in the heart of everything without the tourist trap chaos. Wola has become Warsaw’s business and cultural hub, which means great restaurant, easy transport connections, and that authentic city energy. The location score of 9.2 isn’t just marketing fluff; couples genuinely rate it 9.1 because you can walk to dinner, catch the metro, or explore the old town without feeling like you’re commuting. I mean, when you’re paying for accommodation, location is half the battle, right?
The Space Itself
The apartment setup here is what sets this place apart from typical hotel rooms. You get proper living space — not just a bed crammed next to a tiny desk. Each unit feels like someone’s well-designed city flat rather than a cookie-cutter hotel room. The kitchenette situation is actually functional (you know how some hotel “kitchens” are basically decorative), so you can grab groceries from the local shops and save money on meals if you want to.
Practical Perks
Breakfast here covers all the bases — continental, vegetarian, and American options, which honestly covers most people’s preferences without getting too complicated. What really sold me though was the private parking on site. If you’ve ever tried to park in central Warsaw, you’ll understand why this is huge. No circling blocks looking for a spot, no expensive public garages — just pull up and you’re done. The spa facilities add that extra touch when you want to unwind after walking around the city all day.
Why Guests Love It
The combination of space, location, and practical amenities creates this sweet spot where you feel like a temporary Warsaw resident rather than just another tourist passing through. The 8.5 rating reflects what you actually experience — solid quality without the premium price tag of hotels closer to the old town. You’re getting excellent value in a neighborhood that locals actually want to live in, which says something. Plus, having your own space means you can spread out, do laundry, or just enjoy morning coffee without rushing to check out of a cramped hotel room. This residence truly delivers on comfort and convenience for discerning travelers.
Exploring Warsaw offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Poland’s resilient capital, from its meticulously reconstructed Old Town to its modern skyline and rich cultural heritage.

Guest Reviews
Was in a good location and was clean, can recommend.
Was in a good location and was clean.
What could be improved: We struggled a little to get in as the reception refuses to speak to non-residents (there is a sign saying this) but the instructions we got via text were okay.
Wonderful
It’s in the good district with a lot of restaurants. New building, all is in the flat for a short stay. Comfortable bed.
What could be improved: When we came there wasn’t bed lining for a second bed, but after a phone call the staff brought it in 20 min. So all was good for a stay
Exceptional
Biq and super cozy and city centre
What could be improved: To many door code to use
Wonderful
Very well maintained rooms, clean and well equiped. Parking lot very convinient
What could be improved: Pillows - it is time to change them. And it is a little bit tinny for family with 2 kids. But was ok for short term stay. Would recommend and would return.

Location was great
Everything was perfect!!
Thanks to the underground parking lot, we had our car safe. upon arrival, we called the accommodation contact and a very nice gentleman came to pick us up and escorted us to our apartment and explained everything to us, so thanks to him we were able to find our way around. Do not hesitate to stay here when you are looking for accommodation. Once again, many thanks!

Very Good
Very recent apartment, in a good location, with good facilities and unobstructed views, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
What could be improved: The dust under the bed and in some minor places in the apartment. The size of the bed sheets should be bigger, because you can't put them under the mattress so they don't come off.
