Honestly, Vista Residence Spire caught me off guard – in the best way possible. I mean, you see that 4-star rating and think you know what you’re getting, but this place punches way above its weight class. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about how spaces should feel, not just look. The lighting hits just right, and there’s none of that sterile hotel smell you get in so many chain places.

What really sold me on this place was how they handle the little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The rooms are bigger than you’d expect – not just marketing “spacious,” but actually spacious enough to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re playing Tetris with your luggage. The beds are properly firm (thank god), and you know what? The shower pressure is fantastic. I’ve stayed in supposedly fancier places where you’re basically getting misted, but here you actually get a real shower. The soundproofing is solid too, which honestly surprised me given how lively the area can get, especially on weekends.

The staff here gets it – they’re helpful without being hovery, and they seem to actually know the neighborhood rather than just reading from some corporate script. When I asked about good coffee nearby, the front desk guy gave me directions to this little place three blocks over that locals actually go to, not the touristy spot that’s closer. That 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place in town, but everything just works the way it should. The Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every ten minutes, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and checkout was painless – actually faster than expected. If you’re looking for Instagram-worthy infinity pools or celebrity chef restaurants, this isn’t your spot. But if you want a place that feels more like a really well-run apartment building than a hotel, where you can actually get some work done or properly relax without dealing with a bunch of unnecessary complications, Vista Residence Spire delivers. I’d definitely stay here again, which honestly isn’t something I say about most places.

  It's a new, modern and impeccably clean appartment, furnished with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. I liked it that the hosts thought of small details: a really good brand of tea laid out in the kitchen, a hairdryer in the bathroom, nice shower gel. These small things can make your stay so much nicer!

  Location location location ! It was so convenient, restaurants all around, Museum around the corner. We had a car, there was a garage that we parked, also very convenient. The host was easily reachable and very pleasant.

  The whole no-contact experience was quite efficient and quick. We didn't have any troubles with getting access to the parking garage and the apartment itself. Everything was prepared and ready for us. We had at our disposal a king size bed and a sofa in the other room (with necessary sheets). That was perfect. Also the location was great as we didn't have any issues with the commute

  The apartment was new, stylish, with big enough space and a balcony. We liked the walk in shower and the district quite close to the centre.
  There was parking in a nearby garage included. That was great, the instructions on how to find it were great 👍

  The apartment was very clean, it had a huge variety of appliances in the kitchen that i didn't feel like anything was missing. A good amount of towels were provided for my whole stay. The whole apartment complex was in a relatively quiet part of the city which was nice. The parking garage was very spacious, we were given a spot with the apartment at no extra cost. Which was very nice of them.
