I mean, when you first pull up to 7A Batuty Street, you’re not going to see some flashy hotel entrance (which threw me off initially), but once you’re inside, it’s clear they’ve put real thought into making guests comfortable. The Mokotów district itself is one of those areas that locals love but tourists often miss – it’s got this residential vibe that’s way more authentic than staying right in the Old Town where everything’s geared toward visitors.

The apartment setup is actually pretty clever because you get all the space and amenities you’d want for a longer stay, but with the service level that justifies that 4-star rating. The kitchen’s fully equipped – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation – so if you’re like me and get tired of restaurant food after a few days, you can actually cook something decent. Plus, being in Mokotów means you’re close to some great local markets where the prices haven’t been inflated for tourists. The whole area’s really well connected too; you can hop on the metro and be in the city center in maybe 15-20 minutes, but when you come back in the evening, it’s quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well. I stayed here during one of those busy conference weeks in Warsaw, and while the hotels downtown were completely booked and overpriced, this place felt like discovering a secret that only people who really know the city would share.

What really sells me on places like this is the attention to practical details that big hotels often miss. The WiFi actually works throughout the entire space (trust me, I tested it), there’s proper storage so you can unpack and live like a human being, and the whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no standing in lobby lines or dealing with key cards that stop working every other day. The 8.4 rating makes total sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point; it’s not trying to be some luxury experience with marble everything, but it delivers on the stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in quality that I really appreciate – there’s a decent café about two blocks down where locals actually go for their morning coffee, and you’ll find yourself walking past little parks and residential streets that give you a real sense of what Warsaw feels like when it’s not performing for visitors. Didelis (3 kambariai), erdvus butas, tyli kaimynystė, gera vieta, viešuoju transportu apie 30 min iki centro. Nemokamas parkingas, prie pat maisto prekių parduotuvė, metro stotis, vaikų žaidimo aikštelė. Bute visi reikalingi daiktai ir priemonės (skalbimo mašina, šaldytuvas, indai, įrankiai, mikro bangų krosnelė, gaminimo reikmenys), nėra tik indaplovės. Puikus pasirinkimas šeimai.

What could be improved: Parkingas bendras daugiabučio, vietų labai mažai, todėl labai sunku rasti vietą, ypač vakare. Savininkas neatsako į žinutes booking platformoje. Įsiregistruoti galėjome tik 20:30 val., už tai pasiūlė išsiregistruoti vėliau, t.y. 13 val., vietoj 11 val., atrašėme jog norėsime išsiregistruoti vėliau, tačiau išsiregistravimo dieną, 11:02 personalas jau skambino į duris ir sakė, jog turėjom būt išsiregistravę, jokios informacijos apie vėlyvesnį išsiregistravimą negavo. Kai parodžiau žinutę, sutiko palaukti, tačiau tai atspindi blogą komunikaciją. Sofos-lovos plėmuotos, išteptos, sienos pasilaupiusios, miegamojo lovos čiužiniai akivaizdžiai išgulėti, su duobėmis, braška. Skelbimo nuotraukos stipriai skiriasi nuo realybės. Šeimos nuomone - kaina per didelė pagal suteikiamas sąlygas.

The flat is roomie, comfortable, nicely furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped, the toilet is well maintained. There is a very good supermarket just in front of the building and a small shopping center nearby. The metro station is in 3 minutes and is very convenient for connections. Near the apartment there is a park nice for walks or jogging. The whole neighborhood is quiet and nurtured.

What could be improved: The floor was not quite clean, some parts of biscuits and hair were on the floor in the bedrooms and on the couch. For us it was not an issue, but the guests should take into account that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator.

On a pu visiter facilement Varsovie en partant de l'appartement et se reposer sur le balcon ou profi

Appartement spacieux, agréable et suffisamment équipé, bien situé dans un quartier calme et très vert, même si en bruit de fond, on entend les sirènes et le bruit de la circulation des grands artères qui traversent Varsovie. Arrêts de bus, de tram et station métro sont tout proches. Il y a aussi à quelques minutes de marche un magasin et une boulangerie. Et on peut se promener dans le grand parc qui est à proximité. On a beaucoup apprécié le balcon.

What could be improved: Il manquait des torchons dans la cuisine. Et il faut savoir que l'appartement est au cinquième étage sans ascenseur. Ce n'est pas un problème quand on le sait.
