I was honestly a bit skeptical about staying in Praga Północ at first – it’s not exactly the tourist center everyone talks about – but this Warsaw Apartment on Sierakowskiego turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you actually discovered something. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of Warsaw, nothing fancy from the outside, but once you’re inside the apartment, it’s clear someone put real thought into making it work for travelers. The space feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense – like someone’s cool Warsaw friend just handed you their keys for the week. I mean, you’ve got everything you actually need (decent wifi, a kitchen that’s not just for show, proper blackout curtains), and the whole setup just feels more authentic than those cookie-cutter hotel rooms in the center.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to the chaos around the Old Town. Sierakowskiego is residential enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM, but you’re still only a quick tram ride from wherever you want to be. The 8.4 rating honestly feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but there’s nothing to complain about either. Check-in was straightforward (they actually respond to messages quickly, which isn’t always a given with apartment rentals), and parking… well, you’ll figure it out like everyone else does in Warsaw, but it’s definitely easier here than in Śródmieście. The neighborhood has this interesting mix of old Warsaw character and people just going about their daily lives – you’ll see babcias heading to the market in the morning and young families walking to the nearby park. There’s a decent pierogi spot about two blocks away that locals actually eat at, and honestly, that told me more about the area than any guidebook could.

The apartment itself hits that sweet spot between having enough space to spread out and feeling cozy rather than empty. You’ve got proper windows that open (thank god), and the morning light is actually pretty lovely when it hits the main room. I stayed there in late spring and the temperature was perfect, though I imagine you’d want to check about heating if you’re coming in winter – these older buildings can be a bit unpredictable. The kitchen has real plates and glasses, not plastic nonsense, and there’s enough counter space to actually cook if you pick up ingredients from the Żabka down the street. Look, it’s not luxury, but it’s the kind of place where you settle in after a day of walking around Warsaw and think “yeah, this works.” The Noclegi Renters folks seem to know what they’re doing – everything was clean, functional, and ready when I arrived. For a 4-star apartment rental in this part of the city, you’re getting solid value and a genuine taste of what it’s like to live in Warsaw rather than just visit it.

  Perfect location, away from the noisy boulevards but still within walking distance from the old town.
  The building is manned from early morning till 19h, there is a receptionist at the front desk who can help with getting around the building, keys, garage access etc.
  The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage.
  Supermarket just opposite of the building front door.
  
  What could be improved: No blinds on the kitchen window, so when the sun comes up in the early morning the entire living room gets bright and sleeping is impossible because of the light and the heat.
  No AC is a pain in the behind, we were there early July and it was hot outside the whole day. One small fan that we found in the wardrobe just couldn't cope with the heat, and neither could we.
  No place to hang used towels in the bathroom, we had to throw them over the kitchen chair back rests to dry them. This is something that all bathrooms should have, no idea why this one doesn't.
  Pillows are small and soft and thin, maybe invest in some better beefier pillows and have more than just one per bed. Also the mattresses are thin, again for the price you'd expect a thicker and more comfortable mattresses on the beds, both in the bed room and in the living room.
  No night stands at the sides of the bed, no place to leave your book or phone or a glass of water etc. We had to leave stuff on the floor before going to sleep.

  Apartment is clean and spacious, location is perfect.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside is the shower which is half broken, water leaks from everywhere but from the shower head. It is still usable but spoils the experience.

  Really nice location with shops and restaurants around. The apartment is very spacy, modern and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: It's mentioned in the facilities that the apartment has air conditioning. However it's only a small movable AC unit which was also missing the remote controller, so it wasn't possible to set the temperature.

  Most of all – the location. Beautiful neighbourhood very close to the centre of the city, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, the zoo and playground not too far either.
  The house itself – high standard apartment building, brand new. Having an underground parking is a big plus too.
  In general, I felt the chat service was a nice additional feature, a plus here too.
  
  What could be improved: Disappointed with the Wi-Fi, it only worked on the first day, then it was lost and we couldn’t sort it out with the renters. I did expect they would react more proactively on my complaint.
  The other thing that’s below expectations – the kitchen. Furnished on low budget, the stove was not always working (needs electrician), but we didn’t report this one.
  Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay very much.

  The apartment looked exactly like the photos on the website, so there were no surprises when I arrived.
  The location of the apartment was also very convenient. It was close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. There were also several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
  Overall, I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay.

  -Ładny, czysty apartament. Dla 2 dorosłych i 2 dzieci w sam raz.
  -Plus za miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym (jak przyjeżdżasz autem to wiele ułatwia, bo ciężko w tej okolicy znaleźć wolne miejsce do zaparkowania na ulicy).
  -W miarę blisko do centrum, można przejść ładna kładka spacerową. Na osiedlu sklepy i restauracje.
