What could be improved: The air conditioning does not cool
You can keep a supply of salt and sugar in the kitchen, which is nice.
Ideally would like a normal pillow.

Great location with parking and some minor fixes required

Perfect location, away from the noisy boulevards but still within walking distance from the old town.
The building is manned from early morning till 19h, there is a receptionist at the front desk who can help with getting around the building, keys, garage access etc.
The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage.
Supermarket just opposite of the building front door.

What could be improved: No blinds on the kitchen window, so when the sun comes up in the early morning the entire living room gets bright and sleeping is impossible because of the light and the heat.
No AC is a pain in the behind, we were there early July and it was hot outside the whole day. One small fan that we found in the wardrobe just couldn't cope with the heat, and neither could we.
No place to hang used towels in the bathroom, we had to throw them over the kitchen chair back rests to dry them. This is something that all bathrooms should have, no idea why this one doesn't.
Pillows are small and soft and thin, maybe invest in some better beefier pillows and have more than just one per bed. Also the mattresses are thin, again for the price you'd expect a thicker and more comfortable mattresses on the beds, both in the bed room and in the living room.
No night stands at the sides of the bed, no place to leave your book or phone or a glass of water etc. We had to leave stuff on the floor before going to sleep.

Apartment is clean and spacious, location is perfect.

What could be improved: The only downside is the shower which is half broken, water leaks from everywhere but from the shower head. It is still usable but spoils the experience.

Most of all - the location. Beautiful neighbourhood very close to the centre of the city, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, the zoo and playground not too far either.
The house itself - high standard apartment building, brand new. Having an underground parking is a big plus too.
In general, I felt the chat service was a nice additional feature, a plus here too.

What could be improved: Disappointed with the Wi-Fi, it only worked on the first day, then it was lost and we couldn’t sort it out with the renters. I did expect they would react more proactively on my complaint.
The other thing that’s below expectations - the kitchen. Furnished on low budget, the stove was not always working (needs electrician), but we didn’t report this one.
Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay very much.

Really nice location with shops and restaurants around. The apartment is very spacy, modern and comfortable.

What could be improved: It's mentioned in the facilities that the apartment has air conditioning. However it's only a small movable AC unit which was also missing the remote controller, so it wasn't possible to set the temperature.
