Hotel Description

Look, I’ll be straight with you about Warsaw Apartments – it’s one of those places that actually delivers on the “luxury” promise without making you feel like you need to whisper in the lobby. The building sits right on Wolska street in Wola, and honestly, this area has completely transformed over the past few years. You’re basically in the heart of what locals call the “new Warsaw” – tons of young professionals, great coffee spots, and none of that touristy chaos you get around the Old Town. The aparthotel itself has this sleek, modern vibe that doesn’t try too hard, if you know what I mean. When they say “top-view,” they’re not kidding around – I mean, you can actually see across the Vistula on clear days, and the Warsaw skyline looks pretty spectacular from up there, especially at sunset.

What really sold me on this place was how it strikes that perfect balance between hotel service and apartment freedom. The units are spacious – like, actually spacious, not “European spacious” where you’re bumping into furniture. Full kitchens with decent appliances (the coffee machine is surprisingly good), separate living areas, and bedrooms that feel like bedrooms, not afterthoughts. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, though check-in can be a bit slow during busy periods – I’d recommend arriving after 4 PM if you can swing it. Parking is available in the building’s garage, which is honestly a godsend in this part of Warsaw where street parking can be… well, let’s just say challenging.

The location is where this place really shines, actually. You’re about a 15-minute walk to the Warsaw Uprising Museum, which is absolutely worth your time, and the tram connections are excellent – line 10 gets you to the city center in maybe 20 minutes. There’s a Żabka convenience store literally next door (perfect for late-night snack runs), and some surprisingly good restaurants within a few blocks. I particularly loved this little Georgian place called Khachapuri on Górczewska street – locals pack it on weekends. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 10 PM, so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll appreciate that. During the day, there’s enough street life to feel energetic without being overwhelming. The 7.7 rating seems about right to me – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s solid, reliable, and genuinely comfortable. The only minor complaint I’d have is that the air conditioning can be a bit temperamental in summer, and the WiFi occasionally hiccups, but nothing deal-breaking. For the price point and what you get, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights, it’s a smart choice that lets you live like a temporary Varsovian rather than just another tourist passing through.

Reviews

  • Very Good – Elianore from Netherlands – August 10, 2024 (8/10)

loved that it was self service

What could be improved: there was no ac and the room was really warm but they did provide a fan

  • Wonderful – Sandra from Sweden – March 23, 2024 (9/10)

Good location close to the Progresja venue. Good room and communication was good with staff online when I needed to change the sheets. I was overall very happy with my stay.

What could be improved: Nothing in particular, some reviews complained about noise from the street and yes it's a major road so it can be busy but it didn't bother me. And the sheets that had a spot on them were changed within 15min of me messaging the property via bookings chat function.

  • Great place to stay. – Jessica from United Kingdom – November 16, 2023 (9/10)

Great place to stay. Communication was great and the instructions to get into the room were really easy to understand and meant I could walk straight in, without the need to speak to staff. The room was very spacious and very clean. Great facilities would definitely recommend.

What could be improved: Wish there was more options on the TV – say a change to log into a streaming service, such as Netflix etc. Otherwise was very happy with the room.

  • Really comfortable top-floor apartment in a developing area. – Cormac from Ireland – August 11, 2023 (8/10)

This is a really comfortable and new apartment, on the top floor of an apartment block – it's on the 8th floor if I recall correctly. It has everything you would need so far as I could see, good shower and all. Good view out the window, although not of anything in particular; it's just you can see a lot from the top floor here! Very comfortable bed.

What could be improved: This place could use one nice and comfortable chair – the chairs it does have are purely functional really. If you wanted to just relax and watch a bit of TV, the bed is your best bet, and it's nice to have a chair for that.
The location isn't amazing either, but that's why the price would be a bit lower for somewhere of this quality. I think this is a relatively newly developed area in Warsaw, and there's loads of work still going on around the area, much of it infrastructure related. As a result, it's a bit awkward getting in and out of this area (Polska); the first day I was there was straightforward enough on the trams, but then on the weekend (Sat + Sun) the trams stopped as I think the line is getting upgraded, so then I had to rely on 2 buses to get in and out of central Warsaw. Fortunately google maps generally gives very good travel directions.

  • Enjoyed our stay – Alex from United Kingdom – June 10, 2023 (9/10)

Good transport links , clean and tidy and spacious room

What could be improved: Even though there was no staff needed , a greeting or smile from reception could go along way.

See through the bathroom into the room … Very odd

  • Very cozy room with a comfortable bed, nice interior and all the kitchen amenities I needed. – Martin from Estonia – April 29, 2023 (9/10)

I asked for 2 packages of coffee and that was provided. Plenty of room in the cupboard. Sunset view. Clear instructions how to get to my room. Lots of space and an AC in the room.

What could be improved: Cupboard door under the kitchen sink was broken, almost falling off the hinges. The rib curtain in the shower wasn't closing properly.

  • Overall I enjoyed staying at the property. – Tamara from Ukraine – April 21, 2023 (9/10)

I liked that the apartment has a kitchen, you can cook or heat your own food comparing to the hotels where you can’t. Also, the amenities were great.

  • Wonderful – Eshlykova from Ukraine – October 15, 2022 (9/10)

I really liked the apartments: good size, great view from the window; there is everything to have a good rest.
Good location and transport links. There is a great park nearby.

What could be improved: The cleaning of the apartment could have been more thorough. Especially the floor.

  • Comfortable and beautiful. – Al-nahar from Jordan – August 4, 2025 (8/10)

The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and spacious. The view from the hotel was also breathtaking. It’s easy to walk from it to anywhere or to take public transport; both metro and bus stops are right by the building. Shampoo and gel shower were provided too.

What could be improved: The provider towels weren’t the cleanest and had stains on them.. there was also no room service so no one to pick up the waste or clean the room when you go out, which is a bummer.

  • Good small apartment. – Matthew from Australia – September 9, 2023 (8/10)

The apartment is modern, clean and in good repair. The bathroom is particularly good for a small apartment — the shower is spacious and works well.
The apartment is on the 8th floor of the building. It was summer, and rather warm, but the air conditioner worked well.
As the apartment is small, there is no sofa and the desk must double as a table to eat at.
We washed our clothes at the Speed Queen laundrette about fifteen minutes' walk away. A Biedronka supermarket is closer. Kaufland is up the main road in the Fort Wola shopping mall. There are small shops at the street level of the apartment building.
The tram line in front of the building was dug up for works, so we used the Z26 replacement bus service. When walking from Wola railway station it's about a kilometre walk to the apartment.
We had a good stay and would happily stay here again.
