Warsaw Apartments – Luxury Top-view Aparthotel

Overview

Look, I’ll be straight with you about Warsaw Apartments – it’s one of those places that actually delivers on the “luxury” promise without making you feel like you need to whisper in the lobby. The building sits right on Wolska street in Wola, and honestly, this area has completely transformed over the past few years. You’re basically in the heart of what locals call the “new Warsaw” – tons of young professionals, great coffee spots, and none of that touristy chaos you get around the Old Town. The aparthotel itself has this sleek, modern vibe that doesn’t try too hard, if you know what I mean. When they say “top-view,” they’re not kidding around – I mean, you can actually see across the Vistula on clear days, and the Warsaw skyline looks pretty spectacular from up there, especially at sunset.

What really sold me on this place was how it strikes that perfect balance between hotel service and apartment freedom. The units are spacious – like, actually spacious, not “European spacious” where you’re bumping into furniture. Full kitchens with decent appliances (the coffee machine is surprisingly good), separate living areas, and bedrooms that feel like bedrooms, not afterthoughts. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, though check-in can be a bit slow during busy periods – I’d recommend arriving after 4 PM if you can swing it. Parking is available in the building’s garage, which is honestly a godsend in this part of Warsaw where street parking can be… well, let’s just say challenging.

The location is where this place really shines, actually. You’re about a 15-minute walk to the Warsaw Uprising Museum, which is absolutely worth your time, and the tram connections are excellent – line 10 gets you to the city center in maybe 20 minutes. There’s a Żabka convenience store literally next door (perfect for late-night snack runs), and some surprisingly good restaurants within a few blocks. I particularly loved this little Georgian place called Khachapuri on Górczewska street – locals pack it on weekends. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 10 PM, so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll appreciate that. During the day, there’s enough street life to feel energetic without being overwhelming. The 7.7 rating seems about right to me – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s solid, reliable, and genuinely comfortable. The only minor complaint I’d have is that the air conditioning can be a bit temperamental in summer, and the WiFi occasionally hiccups, but nothing deal-breaking. For the price point and what you get, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights, it’s a smart choice that lets you live like a temporary Varsovian rather than just another tourist passing through.

Comfortable and beautiful.

The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and spacious. The view from the hotel was also breathtaking. It’s easy to walk from it to anywhere or to take public transport; both metro and bus stops are right by the building. Shampoo and gel shower were provided too.

What could be improved: The provider towels weren’t the cleanest and had stains on them.. there was also no room service so no one to pick up the waste or clean the room when you go out, which is a bummer.

Wonderful

Good location close to the Progresja venue. Good room and communication was good with staff online when I needed to change the sheets. I was overall very happy with my stay.

What could be improved: Nothing in particular, some reviews complained about noise from the street and yes it's a major road so it can be busy but it didn't bother me. And the sheets that had a spot on them were changed within 15min of me messaging the property via bookings chat function.
