You know what? I’ve stayed at a bunch of places in Warsaw, and Aparts Włochy is one of those spots that really grows on you. It’s tucked away on Przerwana street in the Włochy district – honestly, when I first heard the location, I wasn’t thrilled since it’s not exactly central. But here’s the thing about this area that most people don’t realize: you’re actually perfectly positioned between the city center and Chopin Airport. I mean, getting to the old town takes maybe 25-30 minutes on public transport, but when you need to catch an early flight or you’re dealing with jet lag, being this close to the airport is honestly brilliant. The neighborhood itself is pretty residential and quiet – you’ll hear birds in the morning instead of traffic, which was a nice surprise.

The apartments themselves feel like someone actually lives there, if that makes sense. It’s not fancy – we’re talking solid 3-star territory here – but everything works and it’s clean. The kitchenette was better equipped than I expected (there’s actually a decent coffee maker, not just one of those terrible hotel pod things), and having a proper fridge meant I could stock up at the Biedronka down the street. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which matters when you’re trying to work or figure out your next day’s plans. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – the windows actually block out sound pretty well, and since you’re away from the main drags like Aleje Jerozolimskie, you can sleep without earplugs. The check-in was straightforward too, though I’d recommend confirming your arrival time since it’s not a massive hotel with 24-hour reception.

Look, I’m not going to pretend this is some luxury experience – the décor is pretty basic and the bathroom could use some updating. But for the price point and what you get (especially that kitchen space), it’s solid value. The 7.8 rating feels about right to me. If you’re the type who wants to be stumbling distance from the main square every night, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you appreciate having your own space, don’t mind a short commute to the tourist areas, and want somewhere genuinely peaceful to decompress after long days of sightseeing, Aparts Włochy delivers. Plus – and this is key if you’re renting a car – parking here is actually manageable, unlike trying to navigate the narrow streets in Stare Miasto. I ended up extending my stay an extra night because, honestly, it just felt comfortable in a way that a lot of hotels don’t.

  There was a bath in the flat.
  
  What could be improved: No internet in wi-fi, when the host gave other credentials it was not possible to catch that network to connect. It was not clean as if nobody cleaned before we came, no regular knives – only big bread knives, no capsules for dishwasher and washing machine.

  Apartment have been well supplied with coffe, tea and other groceries, self contain kitchen very handy and usefull. the host of this apartment meet his standard. No trouble what so ever. Great acces to Chopin Airport, a few steps down well equiped little shop for everyday shopping. Higly recommended.

  What could be improved: Stone floors, super minimal kitchen, not cosy living room. No info about wifi.

  It has a good location near the highway, in a nice apartment building, with good parking, the size of the apartment is perfect for two people and the bed is relatively comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: This apartment has a serious problem with cleanliness and wear and tear. The floor in the living room was poorly washed and there was dirt in the corners of the rooms. We had to wash the cutlery and plates upon arrival because they were stuck together. one kitchen door was missing. The inside of the refrigerator was not cleaned. It was impossible to connect to wifi, so we found a router in the closet and connected using the code written on it. The name of the router was different from the WiFi name given in the apartment. Unfortunately it can be seened that the apartment is poorly maintained and no one has invested in it for a long time.

  What could be improved: No remote from TV after contacting owner we were told he will ask the cleaner and let us know but no reply was received.The blanket for kids couch was not possible to place during the sleep as it was wrong size..The apartment does not feels welcoming .
