Honestly, when I first saw the name “Warsaw Castle Apartments – Prime Location, Historic City Center, Castle View, Fast Internet – by Rentujemy,” I thought it was trying way too hard – you know how some places oversell themselves? But actually walking up to 15/19 plac Zamkowy, I realized they weren’t exaggerating. You’re literally on Castle Square, which means the Royal Castle is right there when you step outside. I mean, right there. The morning I checked out, I grabbed coffee from one of those little stands near the castle entrance and just sat on the steps watching tourists figure out their maps – it’s pretty entertaining, honestly.

The apartment itself has that solid, lived-in feel that a lot of Warsaw buildings have. The internet really is fast (I was working remotely and had zero issues), and the castle view from the windows is legit, though you’ll want to snag a unit facing the right direction. What I appreciated most was how quiet it gets at night – plac Zamkowy empties out after the tour groups head back to their hotels, so you get this peaceful vibe that’s rare in city centers. The check-in was straightforward, though I’d recommend coordinating arrival times since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. One thing to note: if you’re driving, parking around here is… well, it’s Warsaw city center, so good luck with that. But honestly, you won’t need a car anyway – everything’s walkable, and the tram stops on Krakowskie Przedmieście are just a few minutes away.

What really sold me on this place was the neighborhood itself. You’ve got the Old Town literally around the corner (the reconstructed part, but still gorgeous), and if you walk down toward the Vistula, there’s this whole riverfront area that most tourists miss. The local pierogi place on Świętojańska – maybe a five-minute walk – became my regular spot for lunch. Plus, being this central means you’re close to both the touristy stuff and the actual Warsaw that locals live in. The Śródmieście district has this energy where you’ll see business people rushing to meetings mixed with street musicians and vendors selling those amber jewelry pieces. It gets a bit hectic during peak tourist season (summer, obviously), but even then, the apartment feels like a proper retreat. The 8.6 rating makes sense – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises, and sometimes that’s better than places that overpromise and underdeliver. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re staying in Warsaw rather than just visiting it, this spot works really well.

  Regardless the lovely dated property on the outside ,the amazing surprise was the interior, was very modern, spacious and comfortable.

  We had a great experience @ Castle Apartments, host was helpful, location was fabulous, just in front of the Royal Castle and 2 min walk from all bars and restaurants, the view from the windows was just wow. The apartment was clean, spacious with all the equipments we needed.
