Look, I’ll be straight with you about this place – Warsaw Center Business Apt is one of those spots that grows on you, especially if you’re the type who values practical stuff over fancy lobbies. The location on Bagno street is honestly pretty sweet, and I mean that in the best way possible. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the Palace of Culture (you know, that massive Stalin-era building everyone has opinions about), and the whole Śródmieście district is right there at your fingertips. What I really appreciated was the parking situation – and trust me, if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in central Warsaw, you’ll understand why this is huge. The apartment itself has this business-traveler vibe that actually works well for tourists too, with a balcony that’s perfect for your morning coffee while watching the city wake up.

The space feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I honestly prefer to those cookie-cutter hotel rooms. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards – we’re talking solid 3-star territory here – but everything works, and there’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t try too hard. The balcony overlooks a typical Warsaw street scene, and you’ll hear the trams rumbling by occasionally, but it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you up at night. I actually found it sort of comforting after a while. The kitchen setup is pretty decent if you want to grab some pierogi from the nearby market and heat them up, though honestly, with all the restaurants within walking distance, you might not use it much. You’re close enough to the Old Town that you can easily walk there (maybe 15-20 minutes depending on your pace), but far enough from the tourist crowds that you feel like you’re experiencing the real Warsaw.

What really sold me on this place was how it handles the little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The Wi-Fi is solid – important if you’re mixing business with pleasure – and the whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. No pretentious concierge desk or anything like that, just practical communication that gets you settled quickly. The 7.3 rating feels about right; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on what it promises. I’d definitely stay here again, especially knowing how tricky parking can be in this part of the city. Plus, there’s something to be said for being in a real neighborhood rather than some tourist bubble – you’ll find yourself grabbing coffee at the same place locals do, and that’s worth more than thread counts or marble bathrooms, at least in my book.

Hotel in Warsaw booking should be done early, especially during major cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally significant music and arts events.

  What could be improved: Obiekt stary i zaniedbany . Kanapa zużyta , obiekt jest używany i po jego pobycie dostaliśmy informację o zapłacie za „plamy na kanapie” uwaga na kwotę 160 zł . Skandal – cwaniactwo a kanapa jest tak zniszczona że można teraz wmówić nam że zrobiliśmy plamy jakie były wcześniej już na tej kanapie .

  Lokalizacja w samym centrum – wszędzie blisko, podziemny garaż, wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki

Czystość – po przyjeździe do apartamentu zastaliśmy rozścielone łóżka, brudne ręczniki, śmieci w koszu, brudne naczynia w zlewie – jednym słowem, apartament nie został przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Dopiero po interwencji sprzątanie zostało wykonane, ale pierwsze wrażenie było i zostało bardzo słabe.
  2. Lodówka – która wydawała piszczący irytujący na tyle dźwięk , że w nocy nie dało się spać i trzeba było ją na noc wyłączać.
  3. Jedno z łóżek wydawało z siebie dziwne „dzwoniące” dźwięki przy każdym przekręceniu, co było bardzo męczące.
  W apartamencie nie było klimatyzacji.
