I mean, yes, it’s essentially a large apartment-style suite right in the heart of Warsaw, but whoever set this place up actually gets what travelers need. The 110 square meters isn’t just empty space – it’s laid out like someone who travels frequently designed it themselves.

The location is pretty stellar, though I wish I could be more specific about the exact street (the listing was a bit vague on that front). What I can tell you is that you’re genuinely in the center of things – not the “five-minute walk to the center” that usually means twenty minutes, but actually central. The morning sounds from my window were just the right mix of city energy without the constant honking you get on the main drags. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward hovering in a cramped lobby situation. The space itself feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a hotel – there’s real furniture, not just hotel-standard pieces, and the kitchen actually has proper utensils and cookware. I ended up making coffee there most mornings because, well, the setup was better than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in.

Here’s the thing though – and this might matter depending on what kind of trip you’re planning – it’s got that residential building vibe, which means it’s properly quiet at night but also means you won’t have a 24-hour front desk if you’re the type who loses keycards. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s one of those places that just works without any fuss. The shower pressure was actually impressive (I know, weird detail, but you know how hit-or-miss that can be), and there’s enough closet space that I wasn’t living out of my suitcase the whole time. If I had to nitpick, the WiFi could be a touch faster, but honestly, it was fine for everything I needed. The whole experience felt like what business travel should be but usually isn’t – comfortable, spacious, and located somewhere you’d actually want to spend time. It’s definitely the kind of place I’d book again, especially if I was staying in Warsaw for more than just a quick weekend.

Perfectly located with an amazing view of the beautiful building surrounding and also, in a prime location right in the hub if Warsaw, surrounded by restaurants and a great buzz, this apartment was perfectly appointed with everything one could need for the ideal stay. The host is an artist and the apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated with unique and priceless pieces of work. We would come back anytime and stay longer!
