  What could be improved: Delayed response from the property management. Further, in the advertisement it was confirmed that the apartment has two double bedrooms each with a double bed. In addition, there were two washrooms. However, in reality there was only one double bedroom with a double bed and only one washroom. When contacted the property management about this matter they didn't respond. Moreover, we faced a lot of difficulty making credit card transaction sucessful.

  What could be improved: So, we rented the apartment for 4 people, and from the description and amenities offered, gathered that there would be 2 bathrooms, which was not the case, there was one WC and one shower room (so, a total number of 1 toilet, and 1 leaky shower). Also, there were a total of 4 towels and a bathmat, which is unusually few, as I stated in a message to the property management. To top it all off, only the double bed was made, and we looked for the extra bed linen to make the single bed and the sofa, and only found 1 sheet, which was filthy. I comunicated all the above to the property management several times, only to be told to be patient on day 3 of our 4day stay, and no contact beyond that. Also, the place was dusty, with spidewebs hanging from the ceilings and full of fruitflies and other insects.

  Die Räume sind groß und hell. Viel Platz und ziemlich ruhig. Ist auch sehr zentral. Alles da, was man braucht. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen.
  
  What could be improved: Bei der Ein- Checking gab es ein Problen. Mir würde kein Mail geschickt mit den Anweisungen, wo ich mein Schlüssel finde und die mehrere Codes für Eingangstor und Treppenhaus.
  Habe paar mals angerufen, aber deutsch kennt keiner und es war nicht leicht sich zu verständigen. Aber nachdem ich eine Nachricht geschickt habe, ist eigentlich sehr rasch einen Mail gekommen mit den Anweisungen.
  Sonst hat alles super funktioniert.

  The property was nice and bright, clean. Nice furnitures, good rooms layout, very good location in nice place where everything like shops and restaurants is near .
  
  What could be improved: We didn’t like that we read about two existing bathrooms in the property but there was in fact one toilet and one bathroom (without toilet), also only one towel was prepared for our six people family and only 4 pillows. But still in general we are happy.
