The building itself has that solid, pre-war feel that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere with actual character, not some generic hotel chain. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – the windows must be decent quality because Warsaw can get pretty lively, especially on weekends.

The check-in was smooth (they actually respond to messages quickly, which isn’t always a given with rental places), and everything worked exactly as it should. The shower has proper water pressure, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the kitchenette is stocked with the basics you actually need – not just random utensils that look good in photos. I mean, it’s not luxury by any stretch, but it’s that sweet spot where you get exactly what you need without paying for stuff you don’t care about.
