You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first saw this place listed as a “luxury apartment” – I mean, it’s technically a 3-star spot, so I wasn’t expecting miracles. But walking into apartment 80 on the sixth floor, I actually found myself pretty impressed. The space feels genuinely upscale without being stuffy, and there’s this nice natural light that streams in during the morning hours. The Mokotów district isn’t the flashiest part of Warsaw, but that’s sort of the point – you’re staying where actual Varsovians live, not in some tourist bubble. The metro connection is legitimately useful (not just marketing speak), and I found myself hopping on Line 1 constantly to get around the city. Fair warning though – that sixth floor means you’ll be taking the elevator a lot, and while it works fine, it’s one of those slightly creaky European lifts that makes you wonder about its maintenance schedule.

What really won me over was how the place handles the little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The kitchen is properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation – which meant I could grab groceries from the Żabka down the street and actually cook breakfast instead of spending 50 złoty every morning at hotel restaurants. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel that I really appreciated; there’s a decent pierogi place about three blocks away that locals actually frequent, and the morning coffee crowd at the nearby café gave me a better sense of Warsaw than any guidebook could. Honestly, the 9 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point. The apartment stays surprisingly quiet despite being in the city – I was worried about street noise, but the windows do their job well. Check-in was straightforward, though you’ll want to coordinate timing since it’s not a traditional hotel desk situation. The only minor complaint I’d have is that the WiFi gets a bit spotty in the evening when everyone in the building is probably streaming Netflix, but it’s nothing that would make me choose somewhere else. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to feel like you’re actually experiencing Warsaw rather than just visiting it, this place hits that sweet spot between comfort and authenticity.

  What could be improved: Coffee was not available. If you travel with car, then you should now that parking is like a lottery- it is possible that you need to use a parking spot with fee.

  Self check-in, close to the park, restaurants and subway.
  
  What could be improved: There was a dust in the bathroom, also there were left used bottles of shampoo in the bathroom locker and we had no toilet paper to use. Also, in the refrigerator was left opened milk and bedsheets smelt like it was already used.
