Hotel Description

You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw, and the Concierge Srebrna really surprised me. It’s tucked away on this quiet street in Wola – honestly, I walked past it twice before I spotted the entrance because it’s not one of those flashy places that screams “hotel” from a block away. But that’s actually part of its charm. The whole Srebrna area has this nice residential feel, and you’re close enough to the city center that you can walk to most places (or hop on the metro at Rondo ONZ, which is maybe a 10-minute stroll). The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful – not just going through the motions, you know? They actually gave me specific restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the touristy spots everyone mentions.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, which honestly matters more to me than fancy marble everywhere. I mean, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect a spa or anything, but everything works properly and the beds are actually comfortable. The shower had good water pressure (always a gamble in older Warsaw buildings), and the WiFi was solid throughout my stay. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Srebrna street doesn’t get much traffic, so you can actually sleep without earplugs. The breakfast setup is pretty standard continental fare, but they had decent coffee and fresh bread, which is all I really need to get going in the morning.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place – the location is perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like someone who actually lives here rather than just hitting the main tourist circuit. You’re in Wola, which has become this really interesting neighborhood with local cafes and shops that most visitors never see. There’s this great little bakery called Piekarnia Sowa just around the corner that locals queue up at every morning, and you can walk to the Warsaw Uprising Museum in about 15 minutes if you’re into history. The Old Town and Royal Castle are easily reachable by tram or metro, but you’re not stuck in the middle of all that tourist chaos every time you come back to your room. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street (like everywhere in Warsaw), but they can point you toward some nearby options. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s one of those places that just feels right, you know? Not trying too hard to impress, just doing the basics really well at a fair price.

Reviews

  • Wonderful – Linda from Canada – July 1, 2025 (9/10)

The apartment is in a central location, good kitchen and bathroom amenities, clean and adequate space overall.

What could be improved: The curtain in the room with double bed was too thin so it was bright in the room by 4:30am. The building is clean but rundown.

  • Exceptional – Aigul from Poland – February 4, 2025 (10/10)

  • Very Good – Hanna from Georgia – January 31, 2024 (8/10)

    The apartment was cute

What could be improved: Some batteries didn’t work and the apartment was cold.

  • Exceptional – David from Georgia – October 24, 2023 (10/10)

everythig was clear and near centrum

  • Good – Andreisi from Portugal – May 28, 2025 (7/10)

Location was quite good for me. Easy to find and access. Clean and cosy apartment. The host was responsive and tried to resolve the issue with internet, but it didn't help.

What could be improved: Very unstable and sometimes absolutely slow (or zero) internet. If you don't have mobile data – you can get into trouble.
The pan has so many deep scratches that I think it's not safe to use it.
There are two buildings constructed nearby and the work starts at 6:00 in the morning, can be noisy.

  • Dobra lokalizacja, przyjemna cena – Piorek from Poland – August 14, 2025 (9/10)

Fajne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Dookoła sporo dobrych restauracji ze smacznym jedzeniem. Również dobry dojazd, stacja paliw pod nosem i kawałek dalej sklep Biedronka. Żadnych uwag co do mieszkania 🙂

  • Wonderful – Dominika from Poland – August 12, 2025 (9/10)

Dobra lokalizacja pod względem zwiedzania. Fajny rozkład apartamentu. Wszystko co potrzebne było dostępne.

What could be improved: Trafiliśmy w okresie gdzie na przeciwko trwała budowa.

  • Гарні апартаменти. – Larysa from Ukraine – July 1, 2025 (9/10)

What could be improved: Будівництво поруч.

  • Exceptional – Aigul from Poland – January 9, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: Всё понравилось 👍
