Hotel Description
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from an apartment rental in Warsaw’s city center – I mean, most places either cost a fortune or feel like you’re sleeping in someone’s cramped spare room. But this Vistula apartment on Leszczyńska actually surprised me. The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without dealing with the tourist circus around the Old Town. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Vistula riverbank (hence the name, I guess), and there’s this lovely stretch where locals go jogging in the mornings. The building itself is one of those pre-war gems that somehow survived everything – you can tell by the thick walls and high ceilings that make the place feel way more spacious than typical Warsaw apartments.
What I really appreciated was how the owners actually thought about what travelers need. The kitchen isn’t just for show – it’s got proper cookware, a decent-sized fridge, and even some basic spices left behind (probably by previous guests, but hey, it worked for me). The Wi-Fi is solid, which matters if you’re working remotely, and the shower pressure is surprisingly good for an older building. I stayed there in late September when Warsaw gets those gorgeous crisp days, and the apartment stays naturally cool without being drafty. The windows face a quiet courtyard, so even though you’re in Śródmieście, you won’t hear much street noise at night. Though honestly, the trams on nearby Marszałkowska can be a bit noticeable in the early morning – not loud enough to wake you up, but you’ll hear them if you’re already stirring around 6 AM.
Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place – it feels like staying in a proper Warsaw neighborhood rather than some sterile hotel bubble. There’s a fantastic milk bar (bar mleczny) just around the corner on Złota Street where you can get pierogi for like 8 złoty, and the little Żabka convenience store downstairs stays open late when you need those random travel essentials. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no awkward key exchanges or complicated instructions, just clear communication and everything worked as promised. I mean, sure, the furniture isn’t Instagram-perfect, and the bathroom could use a refresh, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has that lived-in feeling that makes you actually relax. Plus, you’re walking distance from both the Palace of Culture (love it or hate it, it’s worth seeing) and the trendy Powiśle district down by the river. For the price point and that 8.6 rating, it honestly delivers exactly what it promises – a genuine Warsaw experience without the tourist markup.

Very good choice – Aušra from Lithuania – June 10, 2025 (10/10)
Apartment is in a very good location. It is next to Copernicus center. There are many shops and restaurants around the corner. But there is no noise at all.
Apartment is located in gated and guarded community-so you can feel really safe.
In the apartment you can find all you need. Even a big collection of books.
We paid additional fee for the underground parking place-this is super comfortable to have a possibility for private parking space.Warm and cozy apartment in a very good location – Janina from Lithuania – October 10, 2024 (9/10)
Very warm! I was afraid the apartment would be cold since it was October already, but it's super warm! And the location is great 🙂
What could be improved: I wouldn't be opposed to more towels. Not a big issue of course, but it's just something that I find as a necessity.Amazing! – Bartosz from United Arab Emirates – August 28, 2024 (10/10)
Great location, near to pubs, restaurants and river. Walking distance to Krakowskie Przedmieście and Center.
Clean, fresh, comfortable. Big windows that can be opened widely. Green area with very relaxing mood for sunny days and warm nights. Amazing
What could be improved: Nothing. Good apartment for a good price in a nice location.Wonderful – Sally from United Kingdom – May 15, 2024 (9/10)
The apartment was very good, and the location was excellent. When we arrived there were no blinds in the bedroom but we got in touch with the company and they sorted it out very quickly
Very nice 👍 – Chill from Poland – December 5, 2023 (10/10)
– A lot of space
– A lot of toilet paper
– Friendly staff
– Very nice hall with kitchen
What could be improved: – Was little bit coldGood location – Mindaugas from Lithuania – October 19, 2023 (9/10)
Location was perfect, two minutes walk to Kopernicus museum, plenty of places to eat. Parking in underground. Easy to access. Nice terrace.
What could be improved: Was a bit noisy in early morningGood, nice, good surrounding, interesting sight even at night – Labeikis from Lithuania – July 31, 2024 (9/10)
Very good location if Copernicus Science Centre is your first priority to visit
What could be improved: To park a car outside for the first time to collect keys could be challenging if you come alone because it is not obvious where to park a car, you need to be luckyincredible location and not very attentive hosts – Валентина from Ukraine – January 12, 2024 (8/10)
the apartment is located in a super location. Near the library and the waterfront in a modern residential complex. The apartment is small but nicely furnished. There was a washing machine, but there was no detergent.
What could be improved: In the bedroom, immediately upon arrival, there was a burned-out light bulb in the chandelier. immediately informed the owner. he himself did not react in any way. we stayed for several days. I was looking for a spare to replace it myself, but I couldn't find it. mirror problem to do makeup in the bathroom is very dark and in the apartment there is only one mirror in the corridor.Don't expect much, it's Warsaw – Michał from Poland – March 12, 2023 (7/10)
Wide parking space in the underground garage, close to elevator. Nice ceiling lamp and quite big balcony. If you need to be near Powiśle, the location is perfect. Finding a good place to stay in Warsaw is not that easy and in general this stay was not that bad. Prices in Warsaw are quite high and this apartment was "reasonably" priced.
What could be improved: Nobody answered to my calls when I had a problem with finding the keys. Some stranger helped me finding them. To get the key to the garage you need to go to the apartment first which is a problem since there is nowhere to park in this area. If you are alone – it is even more difficult. You cannot go out of the neighborhood without a key and we had only one key for 3 people. If you are not familiar how such neighborhoods work you will have a hard time with understanding where to go. This place is not friendly for people who are allergic. There is a heating duct in the floor near the balcony. This duct is very dirty and dusty. The appartment is good, the service is disappointing – Ernest from Poland – July 28, 2023 (4/10)
Good location, good apartment and neighborhood
What could be improved: The apartment itself was good, it’s not new but is okay.
I also reserved a parking space in the underground garage for an additional fee. However, only the keys to the apartment was stored in the lockbox, and the key to the garage was inside the apartment. It turns out that first you need to find a place for the car somewhere, then go to the apartment, then return to the car and re-park. It’s not critical, but would be much more convenient if all the keys were in one place.
Also 5 days out of 10, the Internet was not working. I tried to contact the host via messages on Booking, and via a phone number they had sent to me, but no one even answered the messages. Half of the stay without internet. I understand that issues sometimes happen, but such service, when messages are not even answered, is unacceptable, especially for that price (~1500€ + 66€ parking for 10 nights). Now it's been a week since the check out and still no answer 🙂
