Honestly, when I first saw the address on Smulikowskiego Street, I had to double-check my booking – it’s one of those narrow streets in Śródmieście that you’d walk past without thinking twice about. But you know what? That’s exactly what makes this place work so well. The 82 square meters feels genuinely spacious, not like those cramped “apartments” where you’re bumping into furniture every five minutes. The layout actually makes sense too – whoever designed this understood that people need room to spread out their stuff, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights.

The location is honestly pretty brilliant once you get your bearings. I mean, you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the Palace of Culture (love it or hate it, it’s useful for navigation), and the Old Town is close enough that you’ll find yourself wandering over there without really planning to. What I really appreciated was being able to grab groceries at the Żabka just around the corner – those late-night snack runs when you’re too tired to find a proper restaurant, you know? The tram connections are solid too, though I ended up walking most places because everything felt so accessible. Fair warning though – weekend evenings can get a bit lively with people heading to the bars in the area, but it’s more energetic than actually disruptive.

The apartment itself has that modern-but-not-trying-too-hard vibe that works well for a few days. The kitchen is actually functional (I’ve stayed in places where the “kitchenette” was basically decorative), and there’s decent natural light coming through the windows. Check-in was straightforward – they send you the codes ahead of time, which I was skeptical about at first, but it actually worked perfectly fine. The Wi-Fi held up even when I was video calling back home, and the shower pressure was better than I expected for a building that looks like it’s seen a few decades. I mean, it’s not luxury by any stretch, but for a 3-star place with an 8.1 rating, it delivers on what it promises without any nasty surprises. The neighborhood has that lived-in Warsaw feel – not touristy, but not sketchy either, just real people going about their business. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re actually staying in the city rather than some sanitized hotel bubble, this hits the sweet spot.

  Obiekt piękny, blisko dworca, idealny na wyjazd z rodziną lub znajomymi.
  
  What could be improved: W apartamencie jest wszystko, jedyny malutki minusik to ręczniki, po jednym na osobę to za mało na kilka dni, jest pralka i możliwość wyprania, ale jak ktoś nie chce tego robić a jedzie na kilka dni, to warto zabrać dodatkowy.

  Nowe i zadbane mieszkanie ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Bardzo stylowo urządzone, komfortowe i przestronne. Wygodne łóżka, ciepła pościel. Lokalizacja cudowna, zaraz obok Elektrowni Powiśle, ale w cichej i spokojnej uliczce. Idealne miejsce na różne wypady na Powiślu i do centrum miasta. Bardzo dobry kontakt z firmą obsługującą obiekt, byli pomocni i kontaktowi. Polecam każdemu na krótki i dłuższy pobyt.
