Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a place with such a long name, but Warsaw Dream w sercu miasta totally surprised me. The location on Stefana Okrzei in Praga Północ is actually brilliant – you know how everyone always talks about staying in the Old Town? Well, this is way better. You’re literally a quick tram ride from everything that matters, but without the tourist chaos and inflated prices. Plus, and this is huge, they actually have free parking that works. I mean, finding parking in Warsaw is usually like solving a puzzle while blindfolded, so this alone makes the place worth it.

The building itself sits right near the new bridge (hence the “nowy most” in the name), and you can actually see it from some of the rooms. What I loved is how quiet it gets at night – Praga Północ has this residential vibe that lets you sleep properly, unlike some places closer to the center where you’re dealing with drunk tourists until 3 AM. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a European hotel, and everything feels genuinely new, not just “renovated” with a fresh coat of paint over old problems. The beds are actually comfortable too – you know that firm-but-not-hard sweet spot that’s impossible to find? They nailed it. Check-in was smooth, no weird deposit demands or confusing key card situations.

Here’s what really sold me though – the staff actually knows the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Żoliborz for dinner, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward expensive taxis like most places. He walked me through the tram connections and even mentioned which car to get on for the best seats. That’s local knowledge you can’t fake. The area around the hotel has this authentic Warsaw feel – there’s a decent grocery store about two blocks away, a few casual restaurants that locals actually use, and you’re close enough to the Vistula that morning walks become a real option. I stayed there during a busy conference week in September, and while other people were complaining about their overpriced city center hotels, I was getting better sleep and saving money. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy, it’s just doing everything right without the pretense. Only tiny complaint? The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but honestly, after a long day of walking around Warsaw, even that didn’t matter much.

  Everything was great! Excellent location with lots of restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity. Around 25 walk from the old town and also close by public transfer (including to the airport).

  It had everything we needed and more; lovely and attentive hosts, beautifully decorated place, amenities for everything you might need, close the city center and to the stadium, a handbook in case you need help making things work, and much more.   The apartments were impressively well-equipped, and the presence of an air conditioner was a welcome relief during my stay. The highlight, however, was the delightful terrace, which provided a perfect space for relaxation and enjoyment.
  
  * Ease of Access
  Accessing both the building and the apartments was remarkably hassle-free. Whether by design or coincidence, the access codes were easily memorable from the very first use.
  
  In summary, this property exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Its unbeatable location, welcoming hosts and well-appointed apartments made my stay truly outstanding.
