W apartamencie bardzo czysto. Zapewniono ręczniki i pachnąca pościel. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Ze względu na wydłużony czas sprzątania zakwaterowanie było możliwe dopiero o godzinie 17 a nie na 15. Po rozmowie z infolinią w dniu wyjazdu wymeldowałam się dwie godziny później ( czyli o godz. 13 ). Nie mogliśmy korzystać ze zmywarki - uszkodzona uszczelka. Zostało to też zgłoszone na infolinię

The apartment itself is fine, but the impression of the attitude and deception towards oneself is terrible.

What could be improved: We booked June 12, 2024 at 18:30 at the price in zlotys that was in the offer. But when paying, I was asked to follow a link and enter my card details again. Since there is trust in the booking company, I did so. The reservation was successfully confirmed, but a little later they wrote off a larger amount instead of 222.16 zlotys, they charged 116 American dollars, which is 2.5 times more than what was at the time of booking, and wrote it off in dollars without my consent. Here you can choose which currency you want to pay in: zlotys or dollars, I chose zlotys. I waited over 3 hours for check-in instructions in the "Contact the Property" section and was unable to check-in. But I went anyway and thought that we would sort out all the financial issues later. The day after check-out, a few hours later, without returning any amount of money to me for the difference in price, they also independently wrote off another amount of 27 US dollars, equivalent to 100 zlotys, without explaining the reason, and now this issue is being resolved with the Booking com team. They also don’t want to return an item forgotten in the apartment, although they sent me a photo of it and asked if I wanted to pick it up, but they don’t give me absolutely any instructions on how to do this now after my complaints and they don’t contact me. Absolutely contactless staff, where it is difficult to quickly resolve urgent issues if you need to leave. They deliberately give formal answers that have nothing to do with the question asked of them and drag it out in the hope that you will leave and leave everything like that. I do not recommend this property due to the unscrupulous owner and management company.

underground parking is a definite plus.

What could be improved: the location is not the strong point of these apartments and the industrial area, but if you stay for a few days - then this is not a problem.

Came from the USA to Warsaw for 8 days for business trip. It was nice, clean and new apartment. 5*

Great Location, new apartment and also smells like new, fully equipped kitchen, private & safe parking.
Small grocery store 1 min away from the apartment door.
Quite neighborhood.
Just couple miles away from the downtown.
