The moment you walk in, it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel room at all – it’s actually a proper two-level loft that makes you forget you’re in temporary accommodation. I mean, 86 square meters is generous anywhere, but in Warsaw’s increasingly crowded hotel scene, having this much space to spread out feels almost luxurious. The upstairs bedroom area gives you that nice separation from the living space below, which honestly makes all the difference if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with someone who keeps different hours than you do.

The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering – and I’m saying this as someone who’s circled Warsaw’s city blocks at 11 PM looking for a spot more times than I care to admit. Having a guaranteed parking space included is actually a bigger deal than it might sound, especially if you’re planning to explore beyond the immediate area or arriving during one of those packed conference seasons when every street seems full. The building itself sits in one of those neighborhoods that’s sort of caught between the tourist zone and where actual Varsovians live their daily lives, which gives you better restaurant options within walking distance (fewer tourist traps, more places locals actually eat).

What really won me over was how the space is set up – it feels like someone actually thought about how people live rather than just cramming hotel furniture into a room. The kitchen area isn’t just for show; you can genuinely cook a meal if you want to skip restaurant dining for a night, though with Warsaw’s food scene being what it is, that might be a waste. The 9.4 rating makes sense when you experience the details they got right: good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light, and – this is small but matters – enough outlets in sensible places so you’re not unplugging the bedside lamp to charge your phone. Rentujemy clearly knows what they’re doing with these properties; this isn’t their first rodeo managing vacation rentals, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs from booking to check-out. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying an extra day just because leaving feels unnecessarily complicated.

  Bardzo duże i ładne mieszkanie dwupoziomowe w nowym apartamentowcu, miejsce postojowe to ogromny plus. Łazienka i osobne wc , duża kuchnia znakomicie wyposażona , dwie sypialnie i przestronny gustownie urządzony salon . Duże okna , balkon i wysokie 5 piętro zapewniły znakomite widoki . Mieszkanie było dla nas idealne .Blisko stacja metra dzięki czemu mogliśmy dotrzeć do wielu atrakcji Warszawy szybko i komfortowo. Znakomity kontakt w wynajmującym , który zawsze był dla nas życzliwy i pomocny. Bardzo dziękujemy i na pewno jak tylko wybierzemy się ponownie do Warszawy zatrzymamy się w tym apartamencie .

  Апартаменты современные в прекрасном центральном районе. В доме есть магазин Жабка. Виды из окна прекрасные. Квартира теплая и просторная. 2 санузла на первом и втором этаже. Очень комфортно. Кухня всем оборудована. Посуды достаточно. Много кастрюль, тарелок, бокалов и чашек. Приятно удивила кофемашина. Люблю пить кофе по утрам ☀️ На лестнице предусмотрен ограничитель для детей 👍

  Jauks divstāvu dzīvoklis. Par iekļūšanu dzīvoklī, ļoti ērti, jo bija ārdurvju kods un tad pie pašām dzīvokļa durvīm kodu seifs ar atslēgu. Dzīvoklis plašs, jauki iekārtots, divos stāvos. Divas WC, vannas istaba gan tikai otrajā stāvā. Virtuve pilnībā aprīkota, ļoti daudz un dažādi trauki, dažādas garšvielas, daudz dažādu izmēru katli. Ļoti gaišas telpas, jo lieli logi. Gultas ērtas. Ļoti ērti, ka pieejama pazemes autostāvvieta ar rezervētu vietu, jo realitātē uz ielas ir praktiski neiespējami novietot automašīnu.
