Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Warsaw Royal Stay Dzielna,” I was expecting some over-the-top tourist trap trying too hard to sound fancy. But you know what? This little 3-star gem actually surprised me in the best way possible. It sits right on Dzielna Street, which puts you smack in the middle of everything that matters in Warsaw without the crazy tourist prices you’d pay closer to the Old Town.
The thing about this place is that it gets the basics absolutely right, and I mean that as a huge compliment. Check-in was refreshingly smooth – none of that awkward hovering around while they figure out their system. The lobby has this understated elegance that doesn’t try to impress you with marble and chandeliers, but instead just feels… comfortable, I guess? Like someone actually thought about what travelers want after a long day walking around the city. The rooms themselves are what I’d call thoughtfully designed – not massive, but everything has its place, and honestly, the beds are better than some 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The soundproofing is pretty decent too, which matters because Dzielna can get lively, especially on weekend evenings when locals are heading out.
What really sold me on this place, though, is how it connects you to actual Warsaw life. You’re a quick walk from the trendy Żoliborz district (locals pronounce it “Zhoh-lee-bosh” – took me three tries to get that right), and there’s this fantastic milk bar called Bar Bambino just around the corner that serves pierogi for basically nothing. The hotel staff – and this isn’t just polite tourist speak – genuinely know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Lazienki Park, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward the obvious tourist route but suggested this beautiful walk through Marszałkowska that most guidebooks completely miss. You’ll also notice the 9.0 rating isn’t just inflated review padding – people keep coming back because it delivers on what it promises without the pretense. The WiFi actually works (revolutionary concept, right?), there’s decent coffee available pretty much all day, and the whole place just runs smoothly. Is it perfect? Well, the elevator can be a bit temperamental during busy periods, and if you’re on the street-facing side during summer nights, you might catch some noise from the bars down the block. But honestly? That’s part of staying in a real neighborhood instead of some sterile hotel district where everything shuts down at 9 PM.

There is a bus and tram stop 4 minutes away and there is a machine where you can buy tickets. It is quite easy to go to the city center. You can walk if you want. You can reach the airport in 40 minutes with 2 easy transfers. They allowed us to check in early. I have never stayed in such a secure building in the apartments I rented. 2 codes needed to reach the elevator. And there is a security guard too. The information they gave before entry and their communication was excellent. There is everything you will need in the apartment. Overall apartment was clean, well furnished and in a great location. There is a supermarket (carrefour) in the same building (They were speaking English as well). I would choose the same place next time again. Thank you..

New modern house, in nice neighborhood with good connection to downtown
Moira from Australia (9/10)
Everything was thoughtfully provided even salt and pepper which is missing from many accommodations and is a big deal when prepping food on a long trip like we are having.
The door code system was particularly good and useful instead of keys. It meant we could go out separately and not worry about only having one set of keys. Nice location with lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby and easy to get to town.Aurelija from Lithuania (9/10)
The staff communicates well in English, they always helped in case of problems. The room is spacious, perfect for children. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine and left in a capsule. Everything is amazingly neat and modern

Polydoros from Greece (9/10)
Excellent modern appartment with huge windows very well taken care off. Thoughtful english speaking owner whom we never actually saw but all worked out fine through texts . Perfect coffee machine with coffee beans grinder although lack of a basic manual is a challenge at first. Very clean and well organized with good internet. Ideal location with many trams 1.11.22 and busses 180.111.177,106 etc for actually everywhere and can be used with a one day or three day free pass for all, although no metro station nearby. Town center at a walking distance of just 20 min. Super markets, excellent bakery, all kind of basic shops within 5 min walk.
Ninke from Belgium (9/10)
The appartement was clean, cosy and big. In the surrounding neighborhood were enough possibilities to take public transport. Also for shopping or drinking/eating was enough choice.
