This place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The Wola district has really transformed over the past few years, and staying here puts you right in the middle of what feels like Warsaw’s most authentic neighborhood renaissance. You know what I mean? Not the touristy Old Town stuff (though that’s great too), but where actual locals live and hang out.

The apartment itself is exactly what you’d want from a 3-star place – clean, functional, and honestly way better maintained than some pricier hotels I’ve stayed at in the city center. The 9.2 rating isn’t just inflated booking site nonsense either; whoever manages this property clearly gives a damn. I mean, the linens were actually soft, the shower had decent water pressure (a minor miracle in some Warsaw buildings), and the kitchen had everything you’d need if you want to grab groceries from the nearby shops instead of eating out every meal. Speaking of which – and this is where the location really shines – you’re literally a stone’s throw from Nocny Market, which isn’t just some tourist trap night market. It’s where locals actually go for late-night pierogi, craft beer, and honestly some of the best street food in the city. I found myself wandering over there around 10 PM most nights just to soak up the atmosphere.

What really sold me on this place though was how it sits in the neighborhood. Wola used to be all communist-era blocks and industrial buildings, but now it’s got this cool mix of old Warsaw character and new energy. You’ll hear trams rumbling by in the early morning (not loud enough to wake you up, just enough to remind you you’re in a real city), and there’s always something happening on the streets below – people heading to work, kids playing in the courtyards, that kind of authentic urban life you miss when you’re stuck in some sterile hotel district. Plus, and this matters more than people think, getting around from here is actually easier than from the center. The public transport connections are solid, parking isn’t a nightmare if you’re driving, and you can walk to some really interesting parts of the city that most visitors never discover.   Area: I liked good restaraunts and shops nearby, specially Kumpel, so delicious everything. Also it's a newbuild territory, everything around is new, clean and good-looking.
  
  Garden: I liked internal green territory, feels like you flat has aclosed garden, just shared with other flats.
  
  Cleanliness: all was clean and working. A bit water leaking in shower, but not causing too much discomfort, still was ok to use.
  
  Self-checkin: I liked that we could find the key ourselves during the late night, easy following instructions, and no need to call anybody.

  Namo kiemas apželdintas, ramus. Bute yra viskas, ko reikia neilgam apsistojimui. Patiko, kad yra balkonas ir kad buto langai buvo į kiemo pusę.
