Look, I’ll be straight with you about Warsawrent Apartamenty Centralna – this place really surprised me. When I first heard the name, I honestly thought it was going to be some generic corporate housing situation, but it’s actually run by people who seem to get what travelers need. The location is what really sold me though – you’re right in the thick of things without being on one of those tourist-trap streets where you can’t sleep past 7 AM.

What I love about staying here is that you get a proper apartment setup, which means you can actually live like a person instead of camping out in a hotel room. The kitchens are properly equipped (and I mean actually equipped, not just a sad mini-fridge and a microwave that barely works). I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because there’s a little market just around the corner where locals shop – you know, the kind where the produce actually looks fresh and the prices make sense. The apartments themselves feel lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense. There’s character in the details, like proper wooden floors that creak just a bit when you walk around, and windows that actually open wide enough to let in some air.

The thing that really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re so central. I mean, you’ll hear the occasional tram in the distance, but it’s more of a gentle city lullaby than anything disruptive. The building itself has this solid, old-Warsaw feel – thick walls that keep the sound out and the warmth in. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that painful small talk while they try to upsell you on breakfast packages or spa treatments. They just gave me the keys, showed me how the quirky shower worked (there’s always one quirky thing, right?), and let me get on with it. The 9.0 rating honestly makes sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should. You’ve got space to spread out, you’re walking distance from the good stuff, and you’re not paying through the nose for the privilege.

  Mostly everything about the place was likeable. The staff was very helpful, helped with anything. We asked them for oven as we didn't have in our apartment and they let us use another unused room until we're finished. Wifi is good. Location is amazing. Rooms are very nice.

  I was allowed an early checkin, due to my plane's arrival, which I greatly appreciated. The place is very close to the Central Station. It is a small but very well equipped appartment. Everything was working fine

  This was our last city on our 7 week tour of Scandinavia and the Baltic, we needed to stay close to Chopin airport connections. This apartment did this, was so close to trains, trams and buses plus large shopping centre, supermarkets and eaterys. The old town was a 15min walk with lots to see on the way. Had everything you needed for a short stay.
