You know what? The Warsoliv Twin 27 is one of those places that surprises you in the best way possible. I mean, when you first pull up to Wolska 165, it doesn’t look like much from the outside – honestly, the whole Wola district has this industrial-meets-residential vibe that takes some getting used to. But here’s the thing about staying here: you’re actually in a pretty sweet spot that most tourists completely miss. Wolska Street itself is this long artery that connects you to everything, and I’m talking about real Warsaw, not just the touristy bits around the Old Town. There’s this fantastic pierogi place about three blocks down that locals line up for (no English menu, but just point at what looks good), and the tram stop is close enough that you can hear the gentle rumble in the morning – which honestly became sort of comforting after the first night.

The hotel itself feels like someone took a standard three-star property and actually thought about what travelers need. The twin beds are properly comfortable – not those rock-hard European mattresses that leave you wondering if you should’ve packed a sleeping bag. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, though the front desk staff’s English gets a bit shaky in the evenings, so if you’re arriving late, maybe have your confirmation ready on your phone. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re on a main street. The windows must be decent quality because even with trams and the occasional late-night taxi, I slept better than I expected. The breakfast situation is pretty typical for this level of hotel – nothing fancy, but there’s real coffee (thank god) and enough variety to get you going.

Here’s what makes this place work, though: it’s genuinely practical without trying to be something it’s not. The WiFi actually functions throughout the building, there’s always hot water (learned not to take that for granted in some Warsaw hotels), and the whole place just feels clean and well-maintained. Plus, you’re a fifteen-minute tram ride from the central areas, but you’ll pay about half what you’d spend staying near the Palace of Culture. The neighborhood has this authentic feel – you’ll see office workers grabbing coffee in the morning, kids walking to school, people living their actual lives. It’s not Instagram-pretty, but it’s real Warsaw, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was in town for more than just a quick tourist run. Just don’t expect luxury – think of it more like a reliable friend who always has a comfortable couch when you need it.

  Przepiękny apartament, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zaraz obok przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe, sklepy oraz restauracje, bardzo wygodne łóżko, szybka reakcja właściciela na zgłoszone, dosyć istotne braki 🙂

  Mój pobyt w Hotelu Warsolive był absolutnie fantastyczny! Bez wahania daję im 10/10 we wszystkich kategoriach. Obsługa była niesamowicie miła, profesjonalna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pokój był czysty, wygodny i pięknie urządzony, a widok z okna zapierał dech w piersiach. Jedzenie w restauracji to prawdziwa uczta dla podniebienia. Gorąco polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka idealnego miejsca na wypoczynek. Z pewnością tu wrócę!

  Obiekt świetny! Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Pokój bardzo ładnie posprzątany. Dodatkowum atutem jest to, że właściciele apartamentów mają restauracje z naprawdę dobrym jedzeniem, śniadania zaczynają się o 7.30, co najciekawsze nie jest to bufet a są to śniadania z karty w formie „jesz ile chcesz” co jest według mnie lepsze niż klasyczny bufet śniadaniowy, gdzie każdy może „grzebać” w jedzeniu.Najbardziej chyba jednak spodobało mi się, że potrzebowałam zameldować się w późnych godzinach wieczornych i nie było to problemem. Z pewnością wrócę 🙂

  What could be improved: Wynajęłam pokój 3 osobowy a otrzymałam 2. Właściciel twierdził, że Booking dokonał podwójnej rezerwacji i właśnie my zostałyśmy bez pokoju. Dodatkowo pokój był dostępny dopiero o 19. W zamian otrzymałyśmy darmowe napoje i jedzenie.
