Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Warsaw, and this spot on Domaniewska really surprised me. The name’s a mouthful – WARSZAWA CENTRAL HOUSE with all those amenities listed out – but honestly, they’re not overselling it. These studios actually deliver on the private jacuzzi promise, which I was skeptical about until I saw the setup. Each unit has this decent-sized jacuzzi that’s not just some tiny hotel tub they’re calling fancy. The water pressure’s solid, and you know what? After walking around Mokotów all day, soaking in your own private hot tub hits different than fighting for pool time at some big hotel.

The location took me a minute to figure out – Mokotów isn’t exactly where tourists usually end up, but that’s actually part of the charm. You’re about fifteen minutes by metro to the Old Town, and there’s this whole business district vibe during the day that completely transforms at night. Domaniewska street itself is pretty quiet after office hours, which means you can actually sleep without earplugs (rare for Warsaw, honestly). The building sits in this modern development area – lots of glass and steel, very clean, though it can feel a bit sterile if you’re expecting old European charm. Parking was way easier than I expected, and the front desk guy spoke perfect English, which… well, let’s just say that’s not always guaranteed even at nicer places here.

What really won me over was the whole setup they’ve got going. The sauna’s shared but never felt crowded when I used it – probably because most people don’t even realize it’s there. Same with the gym, which has actual decent equipment, not just two broken treadmills like some places. The billiards room is sort of tucked away on the ground floor, and I ended up spending way too much time there one evening with some other guests. The studios themselves are modern and clean, maybe a little bland decoration-wise, but everything works properly – and I mean everything. Good wifi, proper heating, kitchen setup that’s actually functional if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me; it’s not going to blow your mind with character or views, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. For the price point in Warsaw, especially with that jacuzzi situation, it’s honestly a pretty solid choice if you want something different from the standard hotel experience.

  I loved the jaccuzzi and access to different amenities! There was no problem to book a slot for sauna. Wish I had more time there, I'd definitely give billard a go too.

  Nice apartment in Warsaw, totally good for 2 people, with a nice yacuzi, in a nice district, especially if you are by car, close to the centre, for a nice price. Instructions for the self check in were very easy. Really recommended

  What could be improved: There was a sofa bed and it is the only bed. I expect a sofa bed to be an addition where additional beds are required and not the one and only bed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

  The room is amazing and has had a no expense spared spent attitude when being fitted out. There is a frog 50 metres from the apartment and a gym and sauna within the gated courtyard. Instructions on how to get there and into the apartment are clear and precise. Dedicated after hours help worked a treat when needed in after leaving my phone in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended.
  
  What could be improved: One minor issue. Walls a little thin. No noise policy was in force. I.e 11pm onwards should have instructions on use of hot tub.

  The apartment has everything you need and even more!
  The projector, TV, Netflix, Colorful lights, well equipped kitchen with toster and coffee machine. The gym in 5 minutes from apartments, everything you need for a good stay. I will be back 1000%
