You know what struck me first about Waszyngtona 12? The building itself has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream “tourist accommodation” – which I honestly prefer. It sits right on Waszyngtona street (hence the name, obviously), and if you’re not familiar with this part of town, it’s actually in one of those neighborhoods where real people live and work, not just a hotel district. The entrance is subtle, almost like you’re visiting someone’s upscale apartment building rather than checking into a typical hotel.

The apart-hotel concept really works here – I mean, you get proper apartment-style setups with kitchenettes that are actually functional, not those sad little coffee-maker situations you usually find. The rooms feel more like temporary homes than hotel boxes, which makes a huge difference if you’re staying more than a couple nights. What surprised me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re definitely in the city. The street has some character but isn’t one of those main thoroughfares where delivery trucks rumble past at 6 AM. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no hovering bellhops or forced upselling, just efficient and friendly.

Here’s the thing about that 9.0 rating – it actually feels earned rather than inflated. The place isn’t trying to be flashy or overpromise on luxury (it’s honestly a solid 3-star and owns that), but everything just works well. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out during video calls, the water pressure is decent, and the beds are comfortable without being those ridiculously soft hotel mattresses that leave you with a backache. I particularly appreciated the little details, like having actual hangers instead of those theft-proof contraptions, and windows that open for fresh air. The neighborhood has some great local spots within walking distance – not tourist traps, but places where you can grab proper coffee in the morning or a casual dinner without planning your whole evening around it. If you’re the type who likes to feel temporarily local rather than obviously passing through, this place gets it right.

  Очень хорошее расположение – дом возле трамвайной остановки. До центра 8 мин.и 2.2 злотых))) Отдельные апартаменты со всем, что нужно для жизни: утюг..фен…стиралка..вся посуда: можно жить дольше, чем 4 ночи. В доме небольшой продуктовый магазин со всем необходимым. Хозяин любезно разрешил заехать раньше заявленного времени. Ключи в ящичке на двери…рекомендации были отправлены в день заселения.
  Очень чисто, стильно и уютно.
