Check-in was smooth, no weird upselling attempts, and when I mentioned I was hoping for a quieter room, they just handled it without making it feel like a big favor. My room was on the third floor facing away from the main street – smart recommendation because I could hear just enough city life to feel connected but not so much that it kept me up. The rooms themselves are what I’d call thoughtfully simple. Nothing fancy, but the bed was legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and there were enough outlets in the right places. The bathroom was recently updated too – you can tell because the fixtures actually match and the shower pressure doesn’t make you want to cry.

What really sold me on this place though was how it felt after a few days. I mean, sometimes you stay somewhere that’s fine for one night but starts to feel cramped or impersonal if you’re there longer. WILLA BAJLAND has the opposite effect – it gets better the more time you spend there. The breakfast setup isn’t huge, but they clearly source good ingredients and the coffee is strong enough to wake you up without being bitter. I started chatting with other guests in the little seating area, which never happens to me usually. There’s just something about the atmosphere that makes people more relaxed, more willing to share travel stories. The housekeeping team keeps things spotless without being intrusive – they figured out my schedule pretty quickly and worked around it. And here’s a detail that matters more than you’d think: the Wi-Fi actually works consistently throughout the building, even in the elevator. Look, I’m not saying WILLA BAJLAND is going to change your life or anything, but that 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. It’s the kind of place that does all the basics really well and then adds just enough personality to make you remember it fondly. I’d definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that about most places.
