I mean, when I first saw the building, I wasn’t exactly blown away – it’s got that understated Eastern European vibe – but honestly, that 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re actually inside.

The location is what really sold me on this place. Marszałkowska is basically Warsaw’s main artery, and you’re right in the thick of everything without the tourist trap nonsense. There’s this fantastic milk bar (bar mleczny) just two blocks down where locals actually eat – proper pierogi for like 8 złoty – and you can walk to the Palace of Culture in maybe ten minutes if you’re not in a rush. The trams run constantly right outside, which is incredibly handy, though I’ll be honest, it can get a bit noisy during morning rush hour if you’re a light sleeper. The apartments themselves surprised me though – they’ve clearly put money into renovating these units. The kitchenettes are actually functional (not just for show), with decent-sized fridges and stovetops that work properly. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because there’s a Żabka convenience store literally across the street, plus a proper Carrefour about a five-minute walk toward the city center.

What I really appreciated was how the staff handled things – no pretense, just straightforward Polish efficiency. Check-in was quick, they gave me actual useful recommendations (not just the standard tourist spots), and when I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, someone was up to fix it within an hour. The building has this old-school elevator that makes interesting sounds, but hey, it works, and there’s something charming about these Soviet-era details mixed with the modern renovations. The rooms are clean and well-lit, with windows that actually open properly – something you don’t always get in apartment hotels. I stayed in October when Warsaw gets that crisp autumn feel, and I loved being able to crack the windows at night. If you’re planning to stay here, just know that weekends can get lively since you’re so central, but that’s part of the appeal really. You’re not tucked away in some sterile hotel district – you’re where Warsaw actually happens.

  Location close to everything. Grocery store almost downstairs, centrum with all kind of communication and stores 5 minutes walk, Łazienki Park with Chopin concert 20 minutes walk, Stare Miasto 40 minutes walk, and museums, parks close by.

  A nice place to accommodate 1-2 people in central Warsaw for a few days to weeks. For it's square m. it's one of the most practically arranged apartments I've ever been to, with all amenities needed. The host was available and helpful with questions/requests. The location was close to all public transport, groceries, restaurants and the main train station.
