The location on Kasprzaka is really solid if you know Warsaw at all – you’re right in the heart of Wola district, which has become this interesting mix of business towers and local life over the past few years. I mean, you’ve got the Warsaw Spire literally a few blocks away, but you’re also close enough to walk to some decent pierogi spots that aren’t tourist traps. The building itself sits on a street that’s busy during the day (office workers everywhere) but gets surprisingly quiet in the evenings, which I actually appreciated since I’m a light sleeper.

The studios themselves feel more like proper apartments than hotel rooms, honestly. When they say “business studios,” they mean it – there’s actual workspace that doesn’t feel like an afterthought, plus a kitchenette that’s functional enough if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal. The design is clean and modern without being cold, sort of that Scandinavian-influenced look that’s everywhere in Warsaw these days. What I really liked was the attention to small details – good lighting for video calls (trust me, this matters), decent Wi-Fi that didn’t cut out during important meetings, and blackout curtains that actually work. The bathroom was spotless with one of those rainfall showerheads, though the water pressure took a minute to get going in the mornings.

You know what really sold me on this place? The staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the Old Town without dealing with traffic, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward a taxi – he walked me through the bus routes and mentioned which stops to avoid during rush hour. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in central Warsaw will tell you is no small thing. The whole area is well-connected to public transport, and you’re maybe fifteen minutes by metro to the central station if you need to catch a train somewhere. I stayed during a pretty busy week in October, and while the surrounding streets had that constant hum of city life, the actual room stayed quiet enough that I could work without distractions. The 8.4 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. For business travel or even just a comfortable base to explore Warsaw from, it hits that sweet spot of being professional without feeling impersonal.

  The house was clean and neat. Location is pretty accessible. Nice city view but if you are having a street view it is quite loud
  
  What could be improved: If you are looking for the extra bedding, they are stored inside the sofa couch. There was no indication for that anywhere and it took the staff 24h to respond to our request.
  Customer service will take time to respond and the phone support is pretty useless because it will just ask you ti send an email.

  Good internet, compact but with all you need, I would stay more, but apartment require a bit fixing of below mentioned problems.
  
  What could be improved: Microwave was out of order: not turning anymore the plate, Only one heating zone on the induction cooktop was functioning; the other one wouldn’t work, maybe out of order, plus air conditioner/heater was tripped and not working.

  Excellent Location: The studio is close to the city center with easy access to public transportation. This made it convenient to explore Warsaw.
  Modern Apartment: The apartment was clean and well-maintained with a modern feel.
  Essential Amenities: I appreciated having a washer, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, and iron readily available.
  
  What could be improved: Thin Walls: Unfortunately, the noise from neighbouring apartments was quite noticeable.
  Shared Balcony Space: The full-height glass balconies with glass panel dividers allowed noise to travel easily. This made sleeping with an open window difficult, especially due to a loud group staying nearby.
  Minor Wear and Tear: There were a few small issues, such as a damaged toilet lid. Additionally, some replaced items (e.g., an old kettle) were still present, leaving a sense of incompleteness.

  The location is the best. It is located close to downtown, good commuting to the center. Also a lot of shops, restaurant and stops close by.
  
  What could be improved: Noise. And smell. The apartment looks nice, good facilities, but I needed a washing machine, and late checkout. Those are not available but it’s okay. You can hear noises from the street and bathroom where other tenant in other apartments use facilities. Otherwise it’s not much disturbance.
