This place completely changed my mind about what a 4-star apartment stay could be like. The 9.9 rating isn’t just inflated reviews from friends and family – it’s actually earned.

The first thing that hits you is how genuinely cozy it feels without being cramped, you know? I mean, “cosy” is right there in the name, but they actually delivered on it. The space has this lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re staying at a well-traveled friend’s place rather than some sterile rental. The furniture actually matches (shocking, I know), and someone clearly thought about lighting because you’re not squinting to read at night or dealing with harsh overhead bulbs. There’s this attention to small details that matters – like having enough outlets where you actually need them, and towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. The kitchen setup is what really impressed me though. It’s not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation; you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to save some money or just feel like staying in.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even during busier times in the neighborhood. The windows do their job, which honestly isn’t always a given in apartment rentals. Parking wasn’t the nightmare I was expecting either – there’s usually something available nearby, and the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. No weird key pickup locations or confusing building codes to figure out. The area itself has this authentic residential feel without being completely cut off from everything interesting. You’ll find proper grocery stores within walking distance (not just tourist-priced corner shops), and there are enough local spots around that you don’t have to trek across town for a decent coffee or meal. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because, well, why rush back to reality when you’ve found something that works this well? It’s the kind of place that makes you understand why some people become those travelers who book the same spot every time they visit a city.

  I am fully prepared to give negative feedback when deserved, but I have nothing bad to say about this apartment. I can sincerely recommend without hesitation.
  Apartment is in the best location for the price. There are two shopping malls in opposite directions with easy transport links, but I walked to both of them easily. Alternatively there are lots of small shops around, so there are options.
  Communication was perfect, clear instructions for everything was emailed before my arrival and I had no reason to contact the hosts during my stay.
  The apartment is on a quiet one-way street, and there is a small safe play area away from traffic that anyone with children might appreciate.
  Washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, vacuum etc. all available in the apartment, lots of wardrobe space.

  The apartment is situated 1 km from the centre, from skyscrapers. We had family holidays. So, we chose the calm district, but near the centre.
  You can walk to the centre easily.
  The apartment is nice, clean, enough space, calm design and all necessary equipment in it. The bed is big, the bed linen is good. By the way, even for two adults and one child it was comfortable sleeping. The sofa is also big and comfortable for sleeping for two people. The flat matches the description.
  It is on the first floor. It’s not ground floor.
  There is not air conditioner, but there are big windows you can open to get fresh air. We really enjoyed the dark curtains.
  We liked this place! Our staying was comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend this place 🙂

  Апартаменти просторі, окрема спальня, тихе зелене місце. Безконтактне заселення. Ліжко і диван дуже зручні, постіль якісна і білосніжна. До Старого міста їздили на 190 автобусі 10-12 хвилин. до Варшава Центральна на 22 трамваї 7-8 хвилин.

  Zadbane, czyste miejsce, bardzo ładny wystrój oraz wyposażenie (telewizor, sprzęty jak np. żelazko, suszarka do włosów).
